  I have a HP Officejet 5745 on a Windows XP Pro OS. The printer works fine when printing, however, if I use the printer and back to 6, 8 or 10 hours later, the printer is frozen and will not work. "Wireless" light but the screen is blank. If I hit the power button, nothing happens. The only way to be able to work to the printer is to unplug the power cord, and then plug back in. Then the printer works perfectly. I notice that if I use the printer and then check back in an hour or so the printer will work without be disconnected. This is also the same thing if I try to print wireless.

  I understand that you are having problems with your Officejet 5745 does not not after having been inactive for awhile. I can certainly help with that.

  To start, you will want to make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet , not a surge protector.

  MHguy, if you still have problems with printing after verifying that the printer is connected to the wall, please let me know how the printer is connected to your computer as well as operating system you have. Once I know that I will be better able to help you.

  Only thing you can do is to let die and then hold the home button when you plug it into your computer to put it in recovery mode.

  Actually if the phone is on and that you have an icloud account, you can delete it at distance of icloud.com

  Go to find my iphone and erase the phone.

  I'm trying to install a new Officejet 5745.  I have a wireless PC.  I also want to print wireless from an iphone or an ipad.  The store told me to connect both the USB cable and an ethernet cable to my Uverse router box.  I get an error of HP who says she is not installed correctly, but I followed the wireless installation.  It's very very confusing if to connect USB tot the computer once the wireless network is set up... Help!  I ran the cd twice... very frustrated.

  Just ran the scan doctor, initially, it wouldn't work, says that the printer was not connected or it is installed... Finally 3rd shot he corrected the spooler problem and so far it does not print more than 50 pages of this document then I hope it is FIXED!  Thank you very much!

  Brand new officejet 5745 won't copy or scan anything into the glass.  I insert the paper, choose the copy and the document on top of the tracks, lightbar feeder does not move and it produces a blank page.  When you try to scan the computer, I get an error message to insert the document into the document feeder.   As far as I KNOW, he is there no current plan to apply 1 thread in Java ME Embedded.

  I also looked at Pi4Jand they do not also support 1-wire, however, there is an enhancement request to add support for the bit hit Linux driver will have to perform 1-wire work.
