  Just bought an Officejet 7612 specifically for printing photos without edge of 13 X 19. I use Windows 8.1 and tried 5 different paint and photo printing programs. All programs list the same options of paper size for the 7612 (choice 2 choices, and 7610 series watch regular and fax printer). The only options for 13 X 19 or A3 + with HP advanced paper selected photo is low-margin. I went to options/settings and selected the printer printing without margins, but all attempts to cause a small margin. I don't use HP Photo Creations because he won't open a TIFF, which has better quality than JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, offers the only options Photo Creations. There are choices for edge to edge printing, but for the smaller paper sizes. I lose paper photo cheap and need help to resolve this.  Thank you

  Stop wasting your expensive paper right now.

  I can't read this correctly - you may not be able to do with the 13 X 19 inch Photo paper.

  Take a look at the Plug - plain paper for this size, YES - printer Photo Paper: not-so-good.

  If you can't, don't shoot messenger.

  I went back this printer and bought another a HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 now to make things clear, this printer is connected by USB and not wireless, it also would not print same symptoms, it's two thing might software takes another printer HP OfficeJet Pro X576dw which is operated wireless then I unplugged the printer and started on after reinstalling , I realized they were three updates from HP now everthing works fine Yes.

  I don't know if it was unplug the other printer or updates that work.

  All is well now.

  Gmail, Yahoo, and SmarterMail are web-based email clients which means that they are using a Web browser.

  It seems that the printer is not selected in the print dialog box. Please ensure that you select your printer. Otherwise, it could use a PDF or Microsoft OneNote Driver, printer etc.

  Are you able to print from MS Word, Notepad, or WordPad?

  In the meantime, I would reset the settings of your browser to see if that solves the problem.

  Reset the settings of your Internet Explorer browser

  1. Close all Internet Explorer Windows or Explorer Windows that are currently open.

  2. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

• HP OfficeJet 4635: Unable to print from JO 4635

  Today, out of the blue, the unit has stopped printing. The message "the i o operation was abandoned because either a thread exit" returns constantly to each application, I tried.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver at least 3 times in the last hours. The same problem. I run HP printing and the doctor to analyze several times and each time I'm unable to print the TestPage. I didn't choose the "no print" and the internal test page was printed, but a warning indicates that there is some sort of problem with the driver.

  Any help with this? New ideas on how to fixit?

If you have an HP computer, please provide details.  What is your product number of your computer?   After the update to El Capitan, I am able to print on my Officejet 4636. Each print job begins, ends up perhaps a third of a page and then stops. It doesn't seem to be a updated driver for El Capitan, the less not yet. Will there be a soon? Is there another problem? Help, please!

  I see that you are having driver issues. I would like to help!

  I suggest to remove the printer from your printing system, using this document: uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once you have deleted, I suggest to check and repair disk permissions: function to fix the permissions of all utility disk drive.

  I also run your Apple updates: OS x: Mac App Store apps and OS X update

  After the updates, I recommend time of the printer:

  I read your post and see that it is not a print option to print from the browser. I can help you with this.

  What browser do you use?

  Try another browser to see if you have the same results.

  Most likely, the menu is hidden in the browser.

  You can try to hold down the button of keyboard control and then press the P button on the keyboard to see if you get the print window. Select your print, and then click on print.

  I would like to help with the problem you encounter on e-all-in-one printer, HP Officejet 4630 of the paper.

  First of all, I would recommend looking for obstructions in the printer from a previous jam or jam. You can follow the steps under a Solution in this document to check obstructions: A "Paper jam" error on the HP Officejet 4630 and HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4640 e-all-in-one printer series

  If you can't find anything in the printer, but it will not yet feed, follow the steps described in this document to troubleshoot paper feed: 4630 Officejet HP and HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4640 e-all-in-One Printer Series - a "paper" Message is displayed on the control panel and do not Pick Up paper printer "

  I installed DOT4x64.msi on my new laptop HP Windows 8, since this seems to be the only average current to connect my Color Laserjet 1600. The printer will now appear in the section "Devices and Printers" Control Panel.  But when I try to print something, I get an error message that says that I can't print to the printer. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with HP support with no resolution - in fact, after all this time, I was told "this Department does not support this printer!.» Any ideas on a solution here?   For this device, the driver of windows 8 will not release until the end of January. Please bookmark this site and refer to it for more information up-to-date.

  Can I 8 supported for LaserJet printers

  In the meantime, drivers windows 7 should work for this device.

  Please select the appropriate operating system.

  Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

  The desired print sizes should be there.

  This can be done - but not by using the HP software.

  Instead of using the HP applications "" Update IP address"or HP" printer setup and software ', use the control panel and use the "add new printer" there.

  When Windows search for the printer, you can cancel the search and then click on the button for "I don't see my printer listed.  This will take you to the screens that will allow you to manually enter the IP address and that he accepts the IPV6 address.  Once you enter the address, windows find the printer and allow you to use the HP drivers for it and choose a name for it

  So now, I have the printer appears twice.  Once with IPV6 and once with IPv4.  When in the VPN, I can print to the printer "IPV6".  And if not in the VPN, I can use the HP stuff for printing, set the IP address, check fax, scan and ink levels.
