• How to use the point of service task 'create '.

  Hi all

  I am trying to create a process that asks some infrastructure stuff and then imports the result in an array of custom service point.

  Let's say I want to query specific models of VM and I want to fill under a group of elements of Service that I created myself.

  I know that there is a process of discovery of CloudSync, but written in a general infrastructure group of Service point.

  I would like to see this division for each service of the owners of the server.

  In the task "Create Service item", there are some mandatory fields that don't make sense to me.

  For example, the ChannelID: This means that my process should be triggered from the portal and CPO then in response will return some elements of service.

  This isn't how I had hoped to do this.

  I would like to create a process that asks this VM Templates place hourly or more and it will update the existing (if necessary) models and create additional folders in the case of the models have been added to this place.

  Can anyone here help me in the right direction?

  Is there already a video tutorial available, that explains the creation of service elements or has someone already posted something here who could help me?

  In all activities that are doing something with elements of service, in the field ID of the channel, select the Global Variable: update channel point Cloud Service ID. There is a button beside where you enter the id of the channel.  Click on it and it will pull up a window where you can select multiple items.  Access Global Variables (a top-level element) and choose the above variable.  That's all.

  I am new to Oracle, working on a project for a client, from a .NET/MSSQL environment. Initially the project was intended for MSSQL, but it was decided, a week before the deadline, we should migrate database and all the functions and procedures in Oracle. Most of this had progressed relatively smoothly, until today.

  The idea is to query the database and return the XML as follows (Simplified):

  This is how I understand it. XMLFOREST function generates a list of nodes such as specified by its parameters. XMLELEMENT nests, then the nodes generated by the XMLFOREST function under a single node as shown by it first parameter; If this is not done, all the results will be simply sent together not the outer query specifies as follows (not the repetition of type and number):

• CF 10 clean install - broken Sessions

  Hi all

  My company has recently updated to all new CF 10 servers (pure install no upgrade), and we're going through testing before launch us into production.

  I ran into a problem where the sessions are not maintained between requests.

  The application connection feature does not work at all... testing the same code on CF9 expected returns and the desired results.

  ----------------------------------

  To test, I created a file with an Application.cfc and an index.cfm.

  I've placed a copy of the folder at the root of CF9 server both CF10.

  Load the page index.cfm on each and then just press the Refresh button on the browser.

  The index.cfm page is that empty staves of session & cookie.

  RESULTS

  CF9:

  -SESSIONID remains the same on each requestion

  -CFID remains the same

  -CFTOKEN remains the same

  I spent several days at this... If I missed some obvious conifiguration I would be upset with myself, but releived it's fixable. At the moment, I can't move my code to this new production environment by connecting to the application is not yet possible.

  I've run into several situations with some forms more where I have a custom procedure and I have no idea where to find the procedure in the form or attached libraries. Is it possible to do a global search in a form to search in each data block, library, alert, Trigger, etc.? More precisely if I have a trigger that uses a procedure, can I find whence this procedure?
  I know that when you use JDeveloper, I can use CTRL + SHIFT + F to search for all the classes in a project to reflect to a search query specific (like all instances of 'criticalVariable' in the project).   Even if you're not skip scanning, it is best to put the column with less distinct values in the main column of the index.

  If a query specifies two key as predicates of equality columns, it doesn't really matter how columns are sorted in the index.
  If a query specifies a range on a key column, it is most likely on the second column of the index.

  BTW, sometimes even a column 3 or the index of the column 4 is useful. In order to not restrict simply yourself in 2 columns. However, do not create too many clues - especially if there is overlap between the index.

  Hi all

  I want to use cfselect to act as a parameter to query specific data. My questions are:

  1. What are the key words maximum can I choose?

  2. How can I get that on my action page to query multiple selections?

  E.g.

  It is really better to use the tag .  Otherwise you are potentially exposing your database to SQL injection attacks.

  P. S.

  There is no limit on how may items can be in a select statement that I know.  But most of the DBMS have a limit on how long an IN clause may be.  But I think that most modern databases have quite a large list.  If you do not speak of the hundreds or thousands of items, then you're probably OK.

  TMP_USER has 3 active sessions on the instance 1 and 1 session active on the instance 2. So yes, the load balancing seems to work.

  You can join gv$ session to gv$ sql by INST_ID select and sql_id to show the transaction.

  Single quotes in a query do nothing. I think that your request has been treated as

  Service & (internet INPATH (//div/a))

  First have a look if the request arrives at the Essbase database. See in the application log. If so, I think that somewhere the MDX is not correct. I would like to simplyfy this again and again until the error has disappeared.

  Are you referencing members who have the formula? I would try to take these first.

  If it is not the case, see if you can use another machine with a good JRE new EAS Service and Regional service Console.

  I want to capture the sql that is raised in my prod database when an applicaton tab is hit as it takes about 5 minutes for the tab to be loaded. So is it possible, for the inline sql, which is the origin of the problem, directly from the prod environment.
  
  (Note: I looked through the browser session in PROD DB for the query, but there, I found a lot of meetings and a lot of requests, I do not know how to distinguish the session being created by the specific tab I hit).

  Please, please tell us that you have a Test environment? Log into that, then run a trace.
  No doubt you can either descend all test for a few miinutes and/or
  easily distinguish sessions on your Test System? That's exactly what the test
  the environments are for.

  The SQL execution will be the same - you can go try to find
  the root cause of the problem.

• EUL querying for workbooks that use specific folders

  I was not able to find the configuration appropriate for this task. In Discoverer Administrator, if I click on a folder. click delete | impact, workbooks that are displayed do not match the workbooks returned if I ask the EUL. Someone has a good solution and specific to the problem?

  Please specify your question with this additional information:

  In the dialog box confirm the folder delete, you choose 'Remove this business district' or 'remove the layer of the end-user? You will see the dependencies of workbook by choosing 'Remove layer of end-user' and then clicking on the button 'Impact '. Even when you delete a folder of all areas results business inside becomes a folder an orphan (and inaccessible to the specifications), the 'Impact' button will not show you dependencies of the workbook If you chose 'Delete of this business district'.

  When you say that you query the EUL to find load specifications, what query you actually run? If you do this in SQL * PLUS, view the query that you use. If you query the EUL using a discoverer worksheet, view the SQL query behind that. If your query uses EUL5_QPP_STATS he cannot give you accurate results.

  And finally, your two methods produce a correct result?
