HP PSC1350 scan to PDF problem

I have a new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I had to go to the web to load my PSC1350 CD would not load. Now when I scan it gives me the option to save in PDF format. Why not? Is it possible that I can?

Well, unfortunately, I have bad news.  The PSC1350 is old enough that it is currently supported only by pilots in-OS, which are limited in features.  Part of this limited functionality is no PDF support.  One option is to buy software the will allows to convert the file format supported by the OS to the PDF driver.  Sorry I don't have a better answer.

  • Color Laserjet MFP M277DW Pro: scan to pdf corrupted

I use Nitro PDF, and every time that I scan to PDF it is said the first page was damaged and has been repaired.   But it is empty, no content on page 1. This will happen if I use the shipper of record or the screen.  I just bought a new laptop, and there was this problem on my old laptop as well.  Scan to JPEG works but then have to take the extra step to convert the JPEG to PDF and it's a hassle.  Why the first page is always corrupt?

    Hello

Do you have installled of Adobe Reader on your PC? (even if not used as the default viewer)?

As you can find the system requirements below, it is part of the configuration required to make full use of the printer:

Try to install it starting from the following link, then try to scan the image:

    http://get.Adobe.com/reader/

Now try to open the file with Nitro PDF, if the same persists check if you can see a difference with Adobe Reader.

  • HP8500 A910a scan to PDF

We have a HP8500 A910a and use Windows 7.  When I scan to PDF, it scans but I only have a white screen when I look in the documents. I have already run the 'doctor' of HP app, and it shows no problem. Help!

I really hope that I can help you, but I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by a blank screen in the documents.  When you scan in a document, all that scans is that a white page is that correct?  I guess that's what you mean.  First step is to make a color copy to ensure the proper functioning of the scanner glass (this will tell me if it's a computer or a printer problem).  Make sure the image you want to scan is face down on the glass and press "Copy" on the printer.  That print correctly?  If so, then how the printer is connected to the computer?  I need to know how it's connected in order to help you more (e.g. USB, ethernet or wireless).  After a successful copy try the scan again and let me know if you receive any error messages.  Otherwise, I don't want to seem 'smart' here but is the document face down on the glass?  If you are unsure, make a copy of a document that was printed on both sides and tell me how it goes.

  • How can I get psc2175 to scan in pdf in Windows 7?

I have a HP PSC 2175 all-in-one printer/scanner.  It came with the software that I used successfully on my old computer running Windows XP.  I replaced the computer with a new one running Windows 7.  The old software will not load on Windows 7, but I can use the printer successfully.  My problem is I want to scan to a pdf file.  Using Windows Fax and Scan I can scan to jpg, bmp, gif or tif flies, but not for pdf files.  Is it possible for me to be able to scan in pdf?

    Hi Rick57,

The only available for Win 7 on this printer driver is a basic printing and driver scanning available in Windows 7. If you need to scan in PDF, you should be able to do it using Adobe Acrobat. See the link below for more information on Adobe Acrobat.

    Adobe Acrobat

  • LaserJet Pro M127fw MFP: Scanned to pdf but document converted to bmp

My scanner gives me the ability to scan in pdf; However, when I save the document, it displays the pdf icon, but Acrobot Reader cannot open it because it is saved as a bmp.  I have reinstalled the printer, paid $89.99 (annual) for the Pack of PDF Adobe - tried all the fixes under Solutions HP, etc, nothing has changed.  All settings appear to be correct.  I have a second all-in-one HP Office Jet Pro 8600 and it does the same thing: that's why I suspected a problem with Adobe, but this installation (supposedly) out ok too.

Thanks for your reply.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat - thinking that could be the problem.  Let's see if a fix is available.

  • Error when scanning to PDF with OfficeJet J6413

    Hello

Today I installed the printer on a Vista Ultimate 64 bit system (SW version is 100.100.065.000), after using it for more than 2 years on a Windows 7 computer. The printer is using the network driver.

Printer: HP OfficeJet J6413 (EMEA region)

Firstly, installation went smoothly, but it seems as if all components have been installed on the 3rd attempt (remove + restart + install).

When you scan a PDF document using the HP Solution Center, the following error message is displayed (after that saying is not more pages, so a record sequence begins).

    Title: Error!

    Message:

    "

An expected internal error occurred. Click OK to close the program, and then try the following:

    -Restart the program.

-Restart the PC and then try again.

-Reinstall the software photos & images and try again.

    8, [(6, 16,-2147221488)]

    "

(Numbers below also appear in the dialog box).

Not to mention that each of the above has worked and keeps the suggted error to appear, even during the scanning of the printer directly (scan to...).

I'd appreciate your help with this.

It has not happened before on Windows 7.

    Thank you

    Moti.

    4. Select the Scan PDF shortcut, and then click Save in the file saving Options.
    5. Change the OCR language settings in English (United States), and then click OK.
    6. Click Save a shortcut to Scan, as the Scan shortcuts list column.
    7. Provide a name for the shortcut created picnic and approve

Now, try scanning using the shortcut updated scan.

  • CM1312 with windows 8/64: Scan to PDF is not possible

It is no problem to get a PDF of the analyses using the MFC cm1323 with a computer running Windows XP. After you change the computer and now Windows 8/64, the scan to PC function offers only files such as jpg, tiff, etc. I acknowledge also the 'Document Manager' is no longer available after downloading the Solution Center software. Is Manager of Document not yet available for Windows 8? If so, is there another possibility to get PDF files without Adobe Acrobat software?

  • Need to scan multipage PDF

    Product: HP Officejet 4620

    REF: CZ152-80027

I have a MacBook OS 10.6.8 and use the preview to scan in PDF format. I would like to analyze multi-page PDF files and do check 'Create a unique document' and use the document feeder. When he ends up feeding the pages, I see the message «no paper fed...» ». No file is created in the folder I chose. I tried other types of files to scan (JPG, PNG and PDF single-page files) and they have the correct results. Any thoughts? It works fine if I use another brand of all-in-One with the same computer. I also did an update of the firmware, and who doesn't is not improved with anything whatsoever.

    Hello

You can copy multiple pages in the ADF with no problems?

Please try copying blank pages to check the operation of the equipment.

The model currently comes with a comprehensive software solution available from HP.com.

As there are no driver for your device in the most recent drivers for printer HP provided by Apple, you must analyze using the HP Scan 3 application. scan from preview or Capture of Image is not possible according to the list above.

Installed the software of complete functionality on your Mac?

You see any different when parsing through the HP Application Scan 3? (You'll find it under Applications > Hewlett-Packard).

If you can't find the Hewlett-Packard folder, install the full feature software.

Be sure to select the Software from HP recommended during installation.

  • How to scan to PDF of my PSC 1215 using windows 7?

    Al-in-one-HP PSC 1215

just installed on the new laptip running Windows 7

Former HP Director disappeared and the built-in Windows software will only scan a document in JPG, PNG, BMP formats and a sheet at a time. How to scan in PDF format as before, and how can I be sure that several pages document sweeps as a document not as unique files?

    Hello JPRRyan

Scan to PDF is not available when you use the built in Windows drivers. Since there is no software of full functionality for the PSC 1215 in Windows 7, you will need to find software of third parties to scan in PDF format.

I heard good things about VueScan, but I also suggest you do a web search of your favorite for scan software PDF search engine.
