  The sheet shows 9 hours of full employment.   This is at least 2 days in standby mode.  If you use your computer every day, you just plug it in at night.

• slatebook keyboard

  I have a SlateBook X 2.  By using the keyboard (physical) in the UK layout, I have a problem with the apostrophe.  He enters the wrong character - a U + 2018 (single quote left) rather that a U + 0027 (apostrophe).  It is a real pain - the spell checker in some applications rejects it, and it just seems odd.  In other applications (such as the SSH sessions) it is unusable.

  It is the only key that seems to enter the wrong character.  I hit it now, and you might be able to see that it looks strange in 'I am' and 'it's

  Ah!  I chose "English UK (insyde layout)" that was a bad move, because this option is unnecessary.  I changed to "English UK (Android layout)" and all is well.

  Is there a way to center the wallpaper on the home screen, or so that it does not move as you would on a phone?

  Welcome to the forums of HP.

  I understand that you have questions about the wallpaper on your Slatebook 14.

  The Android operating system changes the image to fit the best possible aspect ratio and size so that the background image works with several home screens. There should be an option to crop the picture to select the area, but this (in my opinion) is far from perfect. However, the lock screen is a fixed resolution, and adjusts the size of the image to a screen.

  Your likely Slatebook has a screen 1920 x 1080. For perfect wallpaper, you'll want to use an image that is twice the width and the same height. 3840 x 1080. This will show the exact photo on the Center home screen and a part of the image on other screens.

  Runs like a top and I LOVE IT!

  As I asked in my topic, this normal is 96-98% after being shutdown for a night?

  She goes to a FULL LOAD after 10 or 15 minutes.

  I had a tablet of HRD that did something like that, and I just wanted to make sure it was normal as this one as well.

  Press and hold the power button a few seconds, it will be 3 display options, support on Power off, then tap ok. No need to hold down when 3 options will appear.

  (1) display panel (10.1 inches, AG, UWVA, touch screen WLED) 728152-001

  So the part number for the Panel itself is 728152-001.

  I just got an email from HP support. They does not work on the update to android 4.4 for HP SlateBook 10. So if anyone thinks that this tablet purchase, should know that she is not getting an update. Ofcourse Slatebook work fine on 4.2.2 android and I think it's a very good tablet.

  Hi all!

  I buy HP SlateBook 10-h001er x 2, and after that connection to the Internet, it has been updated its firmware on 4.3 Android. Is everything ok? Not so... after the restart, Tablet began to lose touch screen. It seemed like a gel, but this isn't the case.

  In the same time pill normally works with keyboard/touch-pad.

  Anyone know how to download the firmware from the old - 4.2.2? Or how to fix this problem with the touch screen?

• Slatebook 14: shift keys do not work

  I just bought this Slatebook and after a week to have shift keys stopped working. Not sure if its something in the settings or the key is broken. If anyone knows it PLEASE HELP

  I understand that you are having problems with the keyboard on your Slatebook.

  Clear cache on the PC: Settings > storage > cached data. You should have the option to erase all data cached here.
  
  Hard reset: While the PC is turned on, press and hold the power button for 8 + seconds force to stop. Turn it back on and see if that helps.
  
  Factory reset: Make sure that you back up important files or information, firstly and then when the loan to settings > backup & reset > reset data.

  I have a few questions-

  (1) I'm unable to mount the sd card to the keyboard or the Tablet

  (2) it seems quite a few apps in the game that are not compatible with 'my version' store to Android.

  This morning the updated build 4.3 - 17R21-15-15 were made automatically (message above on the left) Android.

  I had to accept the update, and it went well. I checked the version number in the settings.

  Problem solved!
