  Did you follow your form as well?  A form must be completed and signed by both parties and submitted to the Adobe support via a support ticket. Chat support can't help, but should you indicated in section with the instructions.

  To open the window to customize the toolbar, do one of the following:

  • Firefox button > Options > toolbars
  • Press ALT or F10 to temporarily show the Menu bar and choose from there (view > toolbars > customize)
  • Hold DOWN the ALT key while pressing the VTC keyboard letters

The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.   Had the same problem as the rest. All fixed now by:

  Abducted child security account for the family (Instructions in this thread)

  Account and went to outlook.com, let the updates.

  deleted the account from the local computer (Windows 8, users through the control panel * no * new user interface)

  Added and ensure that parental control is back on (it is by default)

  Can access the messages and followed the account. The account I had was old enough and not yet been used.
