I checked the hp site and come alone with 1 BIOS update, 2 diagnostic updates for UEFI, tools-utility software-multimedia and 1 1. I need drivers for audio, display, wireless, ethernet, the whole shebang. have tried a little around the net with no luck. tried the instrument manufacturer sites with no luck.

  Maybe my research have failed. I'm about to return the machine.

  Downloaded and installed ALL the drivers 'available' on the HP site for this model - including upgrading the BIOS.
