hp4500 ignore the lines

My HP Officejet 4500 wireless printer does not print every 3rd line of a MS word or pdf document.  I cleaned and replaced ink cartridges with no luck.  I downloaded printing & scanning HP doctor, but he finds everything agree & printed a page of test very well.  My laptop is Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit and I connect via USB cable to the printer HP4500.  This started happening about 3 months ago or not.

Some things print correctly.  However, the windows test page prints not top of letters on certain lines.  HP4500 test page was printing fine, but today that she also does not print the top of letters on every 3rd line looks like now.

Any ideas?  Thank you

I had to clean the print head, but I couldn't understand where it was (and it was not an option of Toolbox). However, I found online that I could clean the print cartridge (no contacts) with alcohol and water on a Q-Tip. I noticed that the black cartridge had a smear of ink where the color, there is not then I removed with a couple of q-tips in the solution and let it dry. I also read online to draw power without stopping. After having done these two things, my printer is no longer skip lines or cut the top of the lines.

    The CTL file has two clauses INTO TABLE due to the nature of the data. The data presented are a subset of data in the real world file. We are only interested in the lines with the word "Index" in the first column.

    The problem we need to do face is, according to paragraph INTO TABLE appears first in the corresponding CTL lines file to the WHEN CLAUSE it would insert and the rest get discarded.

    If the INTO TABLE clauses were put in the CTL file, then the first 5 rows are inserted and the rest are in the discard file. The line 6' th would have a ""rejected - all columns null. "in the log file. "

    Could someone please take a look and advise? My apologies that the files cannot be attached.

    Unless you tell it otherwise, SQL * Loader assumes that each later in the table and what clause after the first back in the position where the previous left off.  If you want to start at the beginning of the line every time, then you need to reset the position using position (1) with the first column, as shown below.  Position on the first using is optional.

  • How to make a transformative effect ignore the line attributes?

    Hi all

    I am intermediate (at best) with Illustrator. I use CS6 on an iMac 2009.

    Could someone advise me on how to make Illustrator ignore STROKE weight/CAP/join parameters when I apply a live effect make rotate/multiple copy on a group of paths? Currently, Illustrator defines the rotation point to the extreme point of my stroke (contained in the atrributes of traits), but I want only to calculate the track structure: the coordinates of my anchor point designated.

    Screen shot 2012-10-16 at 12.04.07 PM.png

    Here are the top/right of paths with a rotation Group / 3 copies effect of 90 degrees. This view looks without problem.

    Screen shot 2012-10-16 at 12.04.24 PM.png

    This band of the top/right of the railways with the addition of a reflection / 1 copy effect of the x-axis. Still no apparent problem.

    Screen shot 2012-10-16 at 12.05.13 PM.pngScreen shot 2012-10-16 at 1.20.14 PM.png

    But this is a close to the alignment of the corner points. As shown, the transformation indeed is based on attributes of the strokes (the tip of his corner), not the actual location of the corner point.

    It does not help to apply styles different heading a corner or race alignments; that only slightly Wizz the pivot point to the Center.

    In addition, this race of a point is somewhat arbitrary. I only put it so in order to see my dynamic effects.

    Refine vertical and horizontal effects of the elements turned/copied movements won't help because this art will subsequently undergo a lot of alteration, changing money, especially in the weight of the stroke (thickness of the line maybe same variable).

    I need the skeleton of the struct to snap together precisely.

    Any solution, regardless of how roundabout, would save this project! I'd appreciate some advice.

    Assuming that you did clean:

    1. check the order of the effects and strokes: this is important if you first apply the effect, then the stroke or vice versa

    2. check that "Snap to grid of pixels" is turned on

  • Collections by ignoring the lines that were not updated

    Hi all
    I have a report based on a collection. In the present report is a lov in which a user can assign a value to the recording. However, the user doesn't have to update all records before saving. Based on the examples of the collection I've seen, it seems to be an assumption that all records will be updated. I'm having trouble trying to update only the lines in the collection that the user has entered a value for.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Don't know what you have in mind. If you are thinking to add another value of the column to the collection and handling, it should work better than the box. You will have at least a NULL value or a value of text associated with each line in your collection.

    Hello

    Do not export data, you must set the target value to IGNORE

    To capture entities null (empty), you have the mapping, but it works only with whitespaces channels not empty...

    However, you have several ways to achieve what you want according to your needs. For example:

    -Option 1: create a script to import then empty entities are imported as white space and then use the mapping of (see details in the Administrator's guide) to map to IGNORE

    -Option 2: create mappings for the valid entities, and then create a mapping rule that maps to IGNORE (this mapping rule is performed last)

    -Option 3: skip lines with an empty entity in the import format. Then these lines will not be imported in FDM so you don't need to map...

    -The other options...

    I hope that clarifies.

    See you soon

  • DB_CONFIG documentation says that the lines with white spaces are ignored

    Berkeley DB is used for a long time and just noticed something when I was reading the docs for the latest version (Berkeley DB 12 c Release 1, version of the 12.1.6.1.26 library: (June 16, 2015)). The documentation for DB_CONFIG (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17076_04/html/programmer_reference/env_db_config.html) contains the following sentence: all empty lines or lines whose first character is a space or hash character (#) is ignored.

    This is false. The lines that begin with white space are not ignored. All leading white space are skipped until the line is checked to see if it is empty or the first character of the other is a hash character.

    I went back and checked a few old versions of Berkeley DB. Docs and code reading DB_CONFIG did did not match for a very long time. Did not come back through all the old versions of Berkeley DB to see if they have ever matched.

    We checked this and found that leading whitespace is ignored.   We will update docs accordingly.    Thank you for this comment.

    Thank you

  • Ignore the first n lines with locked back.

    TimesTen is used from Java using the client-server access. We need to replicate the lines of TimesTen to a different database.

    We have lines of parallel job processing. During the treatment, the rows are locked:

    N FIRST SELECT * FROM TABLE_X FOR UPDATE

    The problem is that the first task selects and locks the first n rows and other jobs must wait until the locks are released. Is it possible to skip lines locked, so the other jobs would choose another set of lines.

    With Oracle, this can be accomplished by using the SKIP LOCKED clause. Locked IS NULL clause with SQL Server by using WHERE.

    Is it possible to have this kind of behavior in TimesTen?

    Is there another solution for replication of the lines? XLA API seems to be for this, but it seems a little complicated and use the direct access, which is not appropriate for our facility.

    Thank you

    Unfortunately, TimesTen doesn't have an option to ignore locked rows. I'm guessing that the "another database" is not Oracle? In this case, you can use a cache AWT group. XLA (or JMS/XLA for Java) really is the best option to "reproduce" in terms of performance, etc.. It is true that use the component which performs the "replication" to run on the computer where TimesTen runs, but the rest of the application would not have to do. Live view you the spirit gives much better performance :-)

    If you really need to do it through SQL, then you will need to find a way to get different jobs watch different sets of rows without locking up. Exactly how you could of course a lot depends on the application and exactly what he's trying to do. One approach would be to have a column in the table to identify what "Replicator" currently dealing line. You can use NULL means that it is not being processed and an ID value (could just be a number) to indicate that Replicator 1 (or 2 or 3 or...) is the treatment. Replicator ' wouldn't 'reserve' a set of rows to update it column "n" and commit. He would then do its job and then update the column again to another value which means "made replication." This can work very well or may not depending on what the application should do with lines, etc.

  • line tabular form selector ignores the Tab key, how?

    Hello world

    We have Oracle 11.2 and Apex 4.2.6.

    Tabular form a selector of line, trying to prevent cleat key home, for item in normal form, I would use just something like tabindex =-1, but I don't know how I can add this tab index for the line selector, whose property is 'Download' BLOB. If I inspect element, it is a checkbox:

    < input type = "checkbox" name = "f01" value = "1" class = 'row selector' id = 'f01_0001' entered AutoComplete = "off" >

    How can I add tabindex = "-1" inside this entry line selector type?

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    $(':checkbox').attr ("tabindex", - 1).

    However, it would be preferable to add a static region id to your region and your prefix selector

    $('#p1_my_region_:checkbox').attr ("tabindex", - 1).

  • How do I ignore the overflow when writing a line in a file

    Hello again,

    I have a utl_file.put_line for a total of a loop.

    There are only 10 places in the file to hold the total.

    If the total is less than 10 seats so he must have leading zeros. (ex: 0009839203)
    If it is more than 10 places, then it must ignore the leftmost characters (ex: 1234567891234 would need to be 4567891234)

    What I currently have is:

    RPAD (var_totalinvoiced, 10, 0)

    Thanks again

    Hello

    MOD allows you to get only the last 10 digits and TO_CHAR ro add 0 in front (if necessary).

    TO_CHAR ( MOD ( var_totalinvoiced
               , 1E10
               )
          , 'fm0000000000'
          )

    This assumes that var_totalinvoced is a NUMBER.

    1E10 is the same as 10000000000 (with 10 0).

  • Select the line of contour based on static text

    Hello

    Thank you much in advance.

    As I'm fairly new to AppleScript, I don't know what is and what is not possible. My goal is to have a single script that works for 7 of our branches and about 1,500 people. The idea for the script is:

    1. ask the user some basic questions (like "which office are you?" and "What is your code print?" - already scripted.)

    2 something here to select the appropriate section of the code required for these specific functions. In other words, if user pics office 1 go to any section of the code that corresponds to the office 1 if 2 go 2, etc. - not scripted, I'm used to something like goto, but if I understand well there is no such thing with ACE

    3. based on the information in the point 1, if possible, download a file from the internet (a package) and install it. I guess I should wait or pop to draw their attention to the fact that they would need their password and wait they ended as a dialog box. I know that the password is not scriptable. - not scripted

    4. a procedure (for each location but very similar) script:

    4.1 find if printers have been installed (based on the content of the Printers & Scanners window and printer names). - ongoing

    4.1.1. If so, select and remove.

    4.1.2 if not, continue

    4.2 install printers for this office. - scripted.

    4.3. implement their code printing with a couple of presets - scripted

    Where I am stuck currently is:

    1 choice of the line of the scroll printers area contour & Scanners based on the name of the printer. I try this, but it does not work (for some reason any CRUDE HTML does not work):

    Tell application "System events" tell process select 'System Preferences' (first line of end of plan 1 zone 1 scroll the window 1, including the value of static text 2 is "SAvin_372BC" tell end tell

    Accessibility Inspector is telling me this:

    AXApplication > AXWindow:AXStandardWindow > AXScrollArea > AXOutline > AXRow:AXOutlineRo w > AXCell > AXStaticText for the text where the Savin_372BC is displayed. I found this and tried to do something similar to script, but obviously I did not. As I do not know how many printers user will have I need for AS through, find those that we install and remove them if they are present and move along, otherwise - move along.

    2. how script logic? As I mentioned previously, I'm used to goto, so it would be to ignore whatever the section, I need to continue from. What would be the AS version for goto?

    3. using the script and without install anything that anyone else who isn't Apple, how do I download a pkg in / downloads? CURL?

    4. I'm not there yet, but no matter what magic trick as waiting for an entry for the Mac password?

    Thanks a lot again!

    I'm used to something like goto, but if I understand well there is no such thing with ACE

    The man.  GoTo went in disgrace for 40 years!  No modern language has goto. GoTo lead unrestricted branching which resulted in convoluted code.  A fluidity in the code is desirable.

  • ScanFile will ignore the zeros

    Hi, I use this algorithm for some time in 2012 CVI, but now in 2013 of the CVI, I found that ScanFile does not work the same for me.

    I'm not clear, whether it is a question of CVI 2013, or just a sleep bug I had never seen so far.

    I'm scanning via a tabs-delimited ASCII log file.  Some "columns" text, others are digital. I prefer to browse the columns in a way not rigid; that is, I'm not strictly following the order of the column as it exists in the log file.  Here's what it looks like:

    for (i=0; i%i[x]",&unitData[slot].id);
                break;
            case LOG_COL_SERIAL:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%s[xt09]",unitData[slot].serial);        // discard tab (ASCII 0d09)
                break;
            case LOG_COL_REVISION:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%s[xt09]",unitData[slot].revision);      // discard tab (ASCII 0d09)
                break;
            case LOG_COL_STAGE:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%i[x]",&unitData[slot].logStage);
                break;
            case LOG_COL_RETRIES:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%i[x]",&unitData[slot].retry);
                break;
            case LOG_COL_RUNNING:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%i[x]",&unitData[slot].running);
                break;
            case LOG_COL_COMPLETE:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%i[x]",&unitData[slot].complete);
                break;
            case LOG_COL_ELAPSED:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%s[xt09]",elapsedString);    // discard tab (ASCII 0d09)
                break;
            /* Now fill a placeholder string with the remaining fields so that the file pointer stays in sync.*/
            case LOG_COL_DATE:
            case LOG_COL_TIME:
            case LOG_COL_VOLTAGE:
            case LOG_COL_CURRENT:
            case LOG_COL_STATION:
            case LOG_COL_SOFTWARE:
            case LOG_COL_SLOT:
            case LOG_COL_DESC:
            case LOG_COL_COMMENT:
                ScanFile(fileHandle,"%s>%s[xt09]",tempString);       // discard tab (ASCII 0d09)
                break;
        }

    The behavior I see now, it's that if I have all zeros in my log file in the numeric columns, these are are ignored until a value is found.  Suggestions?

    OK, I found the bug.  It was a little insidious guy!

    It turned out that I had an empty value for a column shortly after the creation of the log file.  Thus, there was a double delimiter (two tabs) and ScanFile was apparently stop after the first tab and discard the rest of the reading.

    So it's more prudent to conquer strings or values in each column.  Unless there is a safer way to sweep the line.

  • Another user has modified the line containing oracle.jbo.Key primary key

    Hello

    In jdev 12 c

    I have a jsf page in a BTF, and there is a display of master(A:readonly table)-detail(B1:readonly table)-detail(B2:editable form) this page

    The (readonly table) B1 and B2 (editable form) are created on the same data control. There is no other layout compicated or functions on this page.

    The B2 (editable form) was based on a VO whose id is a type of DBSequence, and the new value has been created by a database trigger.

    I put

    All the columns that are updated by a database trigger or a PL/SQL call, are enabled for "Refersh on Insert" (for the case of the insertion) or "Refresh update" (for the case of update) or both in the entity object xml file.

    But when I submit/validate the page (form B2), the error msg 'another user has changed the line containing oracle.jbo.Key primary key' was always held randonly.

    And after the error msg, I can commit the data successfully by press the button validate again.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Thank you.

    The problem is that you use the pl/sql code. It is run out of the box. When a change is made in a row in this way, the framework removes upward, neither knowing that the change was done rightly and throws an error message.

    The code (which I copied from the other thread for reference) intercepts the error and re executs the lock in the case of the specific error.

  • What is this error represents "another user has changed the line containing oracle.jbo.Key [21 primary key]."

    Mr President.

    What is this error represents "another user has changed the line containing oracle.jbo.Key [21 primary key]."

    Concerning

    You get this exception quite often when you have a business in PL SQL layer, but you can safely ignore (suppress) it by substituting the lock() method in all implementation of your entity classes.

    /*** customizing locking management:
    * Because attribute values can change 'outside' ADF standard life cycle,
    * when optimistic locking executes, the exception "Another User Changed the Row" is thrown.
    * In this case, we execute locking again, ignoring the exception
    */
    public void lock()
    {
     try
     {
      super.lock();
     } catch (oracle.jbo.RowInconsistentException e)
     {
      if (e.getErrorCode().equals("25014"))
      {
      super.lock();
      }
      else throw e;
     }
    }

  • Ignore the failure of generation of incorrect size for Member Parent (3307)

    Hello

    Is it possible to ignore the following error message:

    Bad Parent [XYZ] for ABC member (3307)

    The error appears because the Member is in outline already. Is it possible to ignore this error?

    Thanks in advance

    The reason for the error is that you have several lines in your dimension generate file with contradictory information.   A line said to associate the parent member and another line to go with Parent B.   TimGsuggestion set up fiery to allow movements could get rid of the error, but the Member will be associated with the last line of your data.   If you do not allow movements (as it appears you have) there is no way to disable the error. In your case, that's what I call a soft error, you know about it, but don't want to do something.   I suggest that you clean your data so it does not cause this problem. It of awkward for me when the incoming data this type of inconsistency and the solution is to ignore it
