.htaccess 10.6.8

I met a recent problem with a page that I could access previously. Now, I get a 403 error message. My default browser of F/Fox is up to date (44.xx). I tried two different browsers, Safari and Chrome, I re-installed 10.6 and shift it 10.6.8 which did not solve the problem. My iPhone 5 also cannot access the page.

I'm not tech savvy, so I hope someone in the community can point me in the right direction.

Thank you.

It seems to work for me.

  • Firefox 38.0.1 get up errors in the console with JS and CSS htaccess enabled compression

    Hello

    I worked on improving the performance on my Wordpress site, one of the things I've done, I switched to a dynamic delivery of CSS and JS files (so they are compressed by PHP), which has worked very well for the performance tests.

    Now, I ALSO added it to the .htaccess in my JS and CSS (wp - TTC) file on a wordpress site:

    <filesMatch "\.(js|css)$">
    Header set Content-Encoding x-deflate
    # Header set Content-Encoding compress
    # Header set Content-Encoding x-gzip
    </filesMatch>

    to compress JS and CSS files. It works fine on IE, CSS, Android and speed, but the wrong tests, is that the site seems broken in Firefox 38.0.1, it can not load my menus and revolution Slider (image carousel).

    main error seems to be jQuery is not defined...

    is there anything else that I could change in this .htaccess syntax that make each happy browser?

    any thoughts?

    Thank you very much

    Hello

    I have disabled the function of .htaccess for now...

    We discovered (with assistance from Frank Autoptimize, I can TOTALLY recommend also, it's great!) said that he could not work because that makes the output is compressed, but not actually... compression. If firefox is right, others wrong.

    This should be used, IF the server supports it (ours is not because it is just shared):

    < IfModule mod_deflate.c >

            <FilesMatch "\.(js|css)$">
            SetOutputFilter DEFLATE
        </FilesMatch>
    </IfModule>

    so for now, I removed the .htaccess to compress JS and CSS files and FF is happy now.

    Thank you

  • Upgrade to 30.0 now completely ignores htaccess Panel on Web site

    Auto-MIS 30.0 updated yesterday. Now I can't access a site whose connection is a sign of htaccess. The Panel shows not even upward, I just need you just to the error page 'invalid access' servers. Have tried to erase the cache, cookies, etc. nothing works. Colleagues who have not upgraded to 30.0 can always connect without problem.

  • Over the Air (OTA) authentication .htaccess .htpasswd 401 error

    Hello

    I have a signed application for Blackberry build against v4.7 OS and OS v4.2.

    I've successfully installed on a site to download OTA (file .jad + individual .cod files).

    User can download and install via the web link.

    The problem is I'm trying to set up basic with .htaccess authentication so that users are required to enter a username and password defined on server in .htpasswd or equivalent. It works on the emulator with MDS and on at least one device (a Verizon Wireless Tower).

    I can't make it work on phone my client or my Verizon Wireless Storm.  It fails with "error 401: Unauthorized Access."   I have full access, to the server and all newspapers.

    My .htaccess file is:

    AuthUserFile
    AuthGroupFile /dev/null
    AuthName
    AuthType Basic

    AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptior jad
    AddType application/java-archive jar
    AddType application/vnd.rim.cod cod

    require valid-user

    Issues related to the:

    1 .htaccess is located in a parent directory of real .jad and .cod files.  I think it's ok.  I tried putting the .jad and .cod with no change .htaccess files.  Is this ok for .htaccess in a directory parent?

    They use the Internet browser on the BlackBerry Internet Service.

    When you use the Internet browser requests can pass through a number of different servers.  This means that the request to download your JAD file, and individual files of COD could come from different servers in the pool.  But as authentication would receive only with the first request therefore a 401(k) for the following applications.  There are two ways you can work around this problem.

    1. password protect your JAD file and leave the COD files without protection.

    2 use a HTTPS connection.  This translates all connections you through the same server.

  • Queues offline: If an application is an html form, store .htaccess locally or on the server?

    The users of my application will be filling out the form offline more than 90% of the time. If they start the app/form offline, would be the .htaccess file be stored locally (and compiled with the app?) or on the server? Thank you!

    Sorry for such a simple question, I'm waiting for a new pair of keys to get code signing.

    It's actually very easy, just to store messages locally using localstorage and send them when you have connectivity.

  • .htaccess file - download the FTP client in the issue of the Muse

    Hello

    I have problems with the help of the Muse upload to FTP host function.

    All simply when I try and download any website changes from directly within the Muse, it overwrites the file .htaccess

    and cause the web pages load correctly, i.e. just the text and images with no CSS format at all.

    When I export to the HTML of Muse and download via ftp FileZilla client it works fine.

    I have been using the ftp client download of Muse perfectly well until recently.

    Unfortunately, the online chat support service has so far been very helpful to help me solve this problem.

    I want to continue to use the download internal Muse feature because it is faster!

    Any help would be much appreciated

    See this discussion my site does not work when I download on my own Web host, but it's good in the preview or BC. Why?

  • I can't edit .htaccess (I need to specify the browser cache)

    I try to optimize my site created in Adobe Muse.

    Google Page speed trends tells me that I should "specify the cache of the browser.

    When I go on my server hosting (Plesk - GoDaddy) to edit the .htaccess, I get only this message in the code:

    # Begin Muse generated redirects

    # End generated Muse redirects

    How then can I modify the .htaccess file?

    THNX

    Hi merinzaa,

    Beginning/end comments are added by Muse. The rest of the .htaccess file contains everything that you put and the Muse leaves unchanged. your look like a problem with access to the .htaccess file.

    Contact your Web host regarding the appropriate access.

  • My site has been hacked and I need to tighten the .htaccess

    Is there a way to enter the code for this?  Our site has been picked up by a terrible child porn site... very bad!  We had our host do a sitelock, but they suggested that tighten us our .htaccess.  Is this possible with the Muse?  I can't enter the code.  If not, seems to be something that is needed so that this does not happen to everyone!

    Your .htaccess file has nothing to do with the Muse.

    You will need to use a FTP program to upload the file from your server, and then you can edit with any text editor.

  • Application .htaccess redirect by page?

    So I'm new to set up .htaccess files, and our SEO company recommends that we remove '.html' to all of our pages.

    So I was able to create this:

    RewriteEngine on

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}! f

    RewriteRule ^ ([^ \.] +) $ $1.html [NC, L]

    And our server team is struggling in its implementation of the end here. Anyone who is familiar with that? Is this something that I should be put in the code of each page?
    Or what can I bring in a book of my own records before pushing the live site?

    Thank you.

  • Maintain a file .htaccess custom and with the help of Muse

    Muse continues to crush the .htaccess file

    I read this post.  And it answers most of my question.  However, it does not provide a step by step description how block the Muse to try to crush a custom .htaccess file, or it does not explain what needs Muse in the .htaccess file. Also what file permissions should be to protect an existing custom .htaccess file while allowing a Muse to download the correction and to upload a .htaccess file, or simply block Muse of messing around with the .htaccess file and allow me to edit manual according to the needs.

    I did some modifications to my .htaccess file to block traffic undesirable screwing with my analytics and he disappeared, replaced by a line of Muse associated code.  Now, I need to change more to have my domain using ssl. and to back up field blocking missing.  I fear that I will constantly overwrite my necessary custom .htaccess file and do not know it's being crushed, or why.

    I'm not an expert in code so that dealing with the novice but intrepid level would be a good thing.  Usually, I use filezilla to download the site Web of Muse.

    There are differences in the code that muse generates according to the output path.

    File > export as HTML never generates the files .php for synchronized text and does not generate a .htaccess file. This path can also activate inbrowserediting.com.

    File > Upload FTP host checks for PHP support and support for redirects via a .htaccess file and if both are available it will generate the files .php and redirects to support synchronized text (if the site uses synchronized text). She will write information on the site to allow inbrowserediting.com.

  • URL reWrite .htaccess and Variables GET

    Hello

    I was wondering what I would have to put in the .htaccess file to change the 'Product Details' page of:

    XXX.co.uk/shop/product_details.php?prod_id=198 & exc = 1

    TO:

    XXX.co.uk/shop/blue-striped-shirt/

    (or similar. If other folders must be created to make it work, so is not a problem. As long as he can get indexed/analysis correctly)

    Thank you

    @Max Resnikoff

    When I removed using the PHP of my URL extension

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}! d

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}\.php-f

    RewriteRule ^(.*) $ $1.php

    I had to redo my links to read

  • Home
  • On
  • Groups
  • Videos
  • Contact
  • News
  • No PHP extension.

    This makes me wonder if the change you are considering, will change the way you wrote the code. How to react to database queries.

    Before you spend a lot of time on this, I would like to do more research, it can save you from a disaster.

  • editing the .htaccess file allowed for 301 redirects? (I'm working with https)

    I'm trying to use HTTPS with my sites. Especially brightdentistry.co for the SEO benefits.

  • Debugging of .htaccess

    A few days ago I had a problem with the writing of my first htaccess in order to eliminate the URL .html extension. There were problems because I had a Windows Server which I changed to Linux.

    Now the question is this: I finally managed to remove the URL .html extension. What I can't do is set an expiration date for all the images (JPEG, PNG, SVG).

    My code is working this (deletion of the extension):

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteRule ^([^\.]+)$ $1.html [NC,L]

    For the Image caching setting, I added the following:

    //Caching schema

    <FilesMatch "\.(jpg|png|svg)$">

    Header set Cache-Control "private, max-age=160704000"

    </FilesMatch>

    When I added the additional code above I got an internal server error. I don't know what is happening to be honest. If I remove this extra code it will work but I add that so he used.

    While you guys have ideas about how to add an Image caching setting? The additional code above does not work

    ExpiresActive on

    # Expires after 1 month

    Header Cache-Control value "max - age = 2592000.

    # Expires after 1 day

    Header Cache-Control value "max - age = 86400.

  • Include htaccess file in download Muse?

    When I use 'Upload to FTP Host' within the Muse, he keeps overwriting the file htaccess on the server.  Is it possible to include the htaccess file in Muse?  I tried to add by using the function 'add files to download...
