  I am running windows 7 business intel Core i7, on a 64 bit OS.

  The case is therefore:

  I talked to a technician of adobe systems, and we have disovered that although cloud bought mistake after mistake during the downloadig treat the program actually downloaded.

  We opened the program, and from there, I downloaded AI, Id, and PS. All right. I used the three programs and they work without a single hiccup...

  That is until this morning. I flip the computer on and it gets stuck on the start screen. I do a forced reboot and it told me to start in safety lock mode. Then found problems in which he says, cannot be fixed, please restart the computer. I followed his lead and the computer starts without a problem, any downloaded software is still there, opens and works as expected...

  When I first downloaded Creative Suite cloud 6 of my University web store; I received a redemption of my University code to activate my subscription.  I thought that it works when the creative cloud was able to download apps on my laptop like Photoshop or Flash.  I found out later that it was a 30 day trials of products that I downloaded.  My Photoshop trial is over and I decided to upgrade my software under license.  Creative Suite cloud told me that there is no subscription found in my membership that I thought it was weird because activate it with the code redemption.  I even went to buy a purchase to enter the code I got from my University.  He gave me Oops! This code cannot be exchanged here; the URL appropriate to redeem your code is https://creative.adobe.com/redeem .  So I click on that URL and type in my code it.  . I got:Oops! This code has already been redeemed. I don't understand really what's happening

  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)
