I am a paying member, but CC now shows as members of "Free". Can not install the new application.
Hello, I was a CC customer for about a year.
I have an automatic payment will monthly and it happened exactly on the day, every month. But a few weeks ago my App CC began to show the button 'Try' instead of 'Install '.
I can use and update previously installed applications, but not new. I need to reinstall my system - in the hope that it fixes many other technical problems I have with CC - and I would like to have my fixed subscription before I do it.
I tried to chat with a technician, but I've been on a queue for more than an hour, I was hoping someone could help me here

Solved, it turns out the CC app automatically me signed with an old account (preferably probably some saved) and got totally confused, blocking some applications, let others work

Please follow the steps below:
1 - restart your machine and kindly reset your Host file. See, Advanced solutions to errors in connection with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications
2. Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
3 disable the firewall on your machine.
4 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary, you can restore these back to normal ulterieure.* *.
5 - launch Adobe Creative Cloud app, try now update Photoshop CC 2015 (do not launch Photoshop until you have completed the update), after that install Lightroom CC as well.

Thanks to the person here who has posted the trick to set virtual memory to 2048, I got edition of Zoo Tycoon 2 guards running. Now that I'm trying to add expansion packs, I get the message that I did not install Zoo Tycoon first, and that I need to install it. What?
Before using the virtual memory fix, I found here, I tried to run in XP mode, using the also found instructions here. I wonder if this is the reason why I get the error message, and if so, should I uninstall and reinstall without changing the compatibility mode?
Running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I solved my problem by uninstalling Zookeeper Collection, replace and reset maximum memory of 2048.
Once I thought I had installed as an administrator or as the account of my children, I have had no problem by uninstalling Zookeepers Collection and put it back. Install the expansion packs was easy after that.

Can not get the new laptop to connect to my wireless network but connects to others
I have just bought a new laptop Dell Inspiron 1545 to Dell.com and have tried to set up the wireless internet for the past hours. The laptop running Windows Vista Home Basic Edition, & my wireless router is an Apple Airport Extreme Base Station (about 4-5 years). Below is a list of problems / advice I've come across so far:
(1) when trying to connect to a network, my network don't appears in the list of local networks sporadically even if she lost the signal strength of any nearby wireless signal (I must refresh the list to make it appear sometimes)
(2) when my network is displayed in the list, it is described as a network that is not secure; There are 2 others that come and go in the list that are also not guaranteed, but I was able to connect through one of them.
(3) when I try to connect via my network it either says unable to connect immediately or poster progress bar, then after a minute or two, says that it cannot connect.
-to diagnose the problem, I can exclude is not not in the range of my camera as I tried to connect when I'm 2 feet more far
-It also says view wireless connections again and try again, but this brings me to the same screen
-L' diagnostics screen mentions that "the network is"hidden"and is either not in range of this computer or wireless settings on this computer do not match the settings of the network." (is there a setting I'm familiar with that?)
(4) I checked device drivers and all said that they are working correctly
(5) I can connect to the internet via a direct connection to the router via a cable ethernet not wirelessIn my view, that it is all the information I can provide about this problem. Well, it looks like the old router was the problem. You have a new N Wireless for about $80 as suggested and it works like a charm. At took 5 seconds for your laptop to recognize and connect to it and were without problems since then. Thanks again for the help guys... I hope that I won't bother you again =)

I signed up with Skype with an account long ago EarthLink is now closed; I use a "gmail" account now (only). I apparently have a wrong password, so I can't access my Skype account. I can't use the password recovery option, because the system sends the message to the former and firm earthlink account. I can't access my Skype profile to change/update my e-mail address, nor can I contact Skype (apparently) via email, chat, phone, nothing, or in any way to update my account with my new email address. Once changed, then link my Skype account and Microsoft, as well as to get Skype downloaded onto my new computer. Any ideas out there?
