  A friend of mine, who is not computer savy is used to windows 7 and would like to 'return' in Windows 7 to a windows 10.
  She recently bought a new computer:

In the meantime, we have given my office (totally erased the hard drive) to my mother-in-law. I had read in aid of various forums that I should not have a problem to download to my new computer, so I was surprised to see that the possibility to download the Mac of my "Downloads" tab in the shop Adobe says "not applicable".

  (I'm really tired right now so forgive me if this is a silly question, but LR 4 I am referring to is updated.) This is why I can't download it? I should have the old LR 3 disk somewhere. Although I would rather simply add a program if I can.)

  I thought about it through a fog of sleep deprivation. I tried to download the 'English' version, thinking that "many languages" was all but in English. But it wasn't the case. I used my serial number of the LR 4 update and the product code and the serial number of my LR 3 Student Edition and everything's fine.

  Response to question 1; using a recovery & backup software to clone my current operating system, and then transfer them to my new hard drive.

  Response to question 2; Download all drivers and software (all the application that located on the DVD of the kit I have) on the official website of Lenovo.

  or another solution, send to a computer service shop and let the experts (workers) install it for me (the most simple and sure way).
