  Hi Csbhkvp1, the only way I know about pin of the slab which is not already on the page (sometimes if you zoom using Ctrl-to see all 15 tiles you could spot it) must first of all to bookmark the site you want to pin as a tile, then add the bookmark to the page.   Henry, have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Also, try a different browser (Tip: Chrome).
