  The most common workaround solution to this error is to build an image, then burn with an application not yet (ImgBurn for PC; Toast for Mac).

  I have a project of 3.5 minutes I am trying burn to blu ray.

  Export window said there will be 2 output files.

  One of them an ac3 file.

  At about 66% finished (task window) my LG $30 burner opens and I get a message saying insert the floppy in.

  Then after a few minutes it spits out there.

  I get no error message.

  My burner is not blu - ray. I don't have the box.

  Stays stuck on 66.

  I see that I have a few icons of Red media on the project for a few still missing photos. But no other clues.

  This is my 2nd attempt and the same as the first.

  I have TOast 10 and I don't see a download for him and never liked Roxio blu = ray enough to give them more money.

  Your new PC must have provided with software to play. Otherwise, I'd contact the manufacturer and see if she did or why it didn't.

• How can I burn a Blu - Ray disc with menu?

  I have a project of 38 minutes composed mainly of footage HD (.m2ts. MP4 and some. MI/GAL). I try to make the project to Blu - Ray with Premiere elements 12, it takes about an hour to reach 98% with the message "Media encoding", then switches to "Compilation of media" and freezes there (I let it go for 6 hours with no end in sight). Manager tasks indicates that it uses not no matter what CPU cycles, while using up to 96% of the CPU before reaching this point. I was able to make this project on a DVD, folders on my HARD and AVCHD disc on a DVD successfully.

  For a test, I tried with the same results, a project of 1 minute. It wasn't until I removed the disc menu I could burn a Blu - Ray disc. I'm under the project on a PC with Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit, an AMD Athlon II x 4 2900 Mhz, 4 cores, 4 logical processors with 4 GB of RAM, processor 635. I found a number of references to the completion of 98%, but no real solution. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to produce a record high definition with menus...

  Success. Doubling of memory up to 8 GB has done the job. I was able to burn a Blu - Ray with the disc menu and beautiful results (the video is of good quality). I guess that the step "compilation media" requires a significant amount of memory for Blu - Ray.

  Surprisingly, it does not speed up the rendering process, but it must allow me to burn bigger projects in the future.

  I could not find someone else who is having this problem on google, so I thought I would ask here. I have my project of Blu - Ray built in yet and the second I click on file-> Build or go to test menu Build from DVD to Blu - Ray, my PC just freezes. I use CS4 if it's relevant.

  I initially had my project as a whole the value of H.264 but after reading a forum type troubleshooting on still issued, changed into MPEG2 by advice from someone and then just selected H.264 in settings of transcoding the asset taken individually (with no changes). I've also updated my external Blu - Ray drive to the latest drivers. Who should not even be relevant because I don't need to burn a disc yet. I was intending to export an image so I would have it in case I wanted to burn coppies later.

  Four videos are Premiere Pro projects I've linked dynamically to leave yet, and the other is a slideshow that I exported from After Effects in format .mov (with H.264 compression). I have two menus which include animations of backgrounds with an audio file. I don't know if the audio file must be converted to H.264 or MPEG2 format. I am also very new for the creation of Blu - Ray. I did not video editing, animation, etc., from the time of the tapes VHS/S-VHS and DVD. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.   I eventually got it working after reading some other forums. I'll share what I did in case someone else runs into the same problem.

  First, I installed a patch for reminder that is an update to the motor burning for Win 7 Roxio. I do not have the link or I post it, but it shouldn't be hard to find if you google it. This immediately allowed me to change my Blu - Ray DVD format without problem. Then I got a different error when I tried to generate Blu - Ray image file. He said "Adobe Encore has met an error." and gave a situation of '... \port\photoshopobject.cpp-568'. After Googling this error I finally discovered what she meant I had a codec which is in conflict with yet. He also mentioned that the codecs from other applications (QuickTime Player, VLC Media Player, etc.) could be the cause of the conflict, not necessarily a full codec pack (I thought I installed, but didn't). After uninstalling QuickTime and VLC, I was able to build the image successfully. I was getting the same error after all uninstalling QuickTime, but after removing the VLC he went. If all else fails temporarily uninstall anything you think may include conflicting codecs (usually media players). I hope this help anyone who has the same problem in the future. Also, I wanted to say thank you to the people who gave me suggestions, I really appreciate it!
