Re: Shadow report

One of our favorite things about Foglight for virtualization is the ability to bring in shadow. But we would like to be able to add descriptive text to the snapshot of the report that we generate, so, for example a user request a snapshot can explain what its for, whne it can be removed safely, etc. and it will appear on the weekly report that we get.

I think the wastefinder (?) has this info, but the report is not - is there a way we can get this info added as a selection field for reporting? Or is there somewhere else I need to check?

HI - if you are running version 7.0, it now works OK, I just tested, it has broken in version 6.5 when we added a checkbox 'Show details' in the upper right corner of the console, but this 'show details' don't cross the instant screen was provided for in the report. Let me know if you need more info - Danny Bravo

  • touch screen works is not to a few areas and typing randomly

The touchscreen does not work in specific areas of the screen. and also it behaves erratically, opening, closing and switching applications and typing randomly on its own... sometimes the home button also stops working.

The problem started with "ghost typing" and automatic switching of applications. and recently to the touch in some places on the screen also stopped working...

You have coverage on the iPad that can interfere with the screen?  I've seen other shadow report type and it turns out being the hardware issues, but try some basic troubleshooting steps. Close all applications and the strength to restart the device first.

Close all applications. Press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used. Drag to the left to find the application you want to close. Swipe up on the preview of the application to close.

Now restart of strength. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

If this difference, try this. Reset all the settings. You won't lose any data, but all the parameters of the device will have to be entered again in the settings app. This includes the WiFi password. Settings > general > reset > reset all settings.

The 0x8004231f error code indicates VSS_E_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE. I suspect that the problem is related to the following factors:

-L' free space on the partition that is related.
-The maximum size of the shadow copy of Volume.

  • Backup impossible error 0 x 81000019. Cannot create the shadow...

I can create backups is no longer on my computer. Whenever I try, I get the same error message.

"A snapshot could not be created. Pleasse check "VSS" and "SPP" applications for more information event logs.
Details: shadow enough storage to create the copy storage file or other shadow copy data. "Error code: 0 x 81000019

I know that it says that there is not enough space, but it's not likely. This is a fairly new computer, less than a month, and the hard drive I backup a lot of storage space left (800 + Gb).

When you save files on a computer Windows 7 may appear error 0 x 81000019 with an error message similar to the following:

"A snapshot could not be created. Please check the event logs "VSS" and "SPP" application for more information. Details: shadow enough storage to create the copy storage file or other shadow copy data. »

This error can occur as a result of having too many language packs for Windows installed on your computer.

The cause is that the backup process involves the system writer who reports files in applications, installed on the machine. Where a large number of language packs installed, reported by this writer metadata file becomes huge in size and does not fit the size of 100 MB. This causes the backup to fail since there is not enough space for the creation of shadow copies. This isn't something that you can check to validate because this metadata file is created during the backup and deleted at the end.

To resolve this issue, uninstall all unused language packs that are currently installed on your computer. You can do this by clicking Start and then typing Lpksetup.exe in the search box and then click Lpksetup.exe in the list of programs. Once the Language Pack installation starts, click on uninstall display languages. Uninstall the languages that you don't use and then restart your computer, restart the backup.

  • Shadows on shapes: unexpected results on the output of HTML5

Shadows are known for questions of course with out HTML5?

It seems that putting a drop shadow on a SmartShape with stroke and fill of 100% opacity, two shadows are producing; one for the filling and one for the race, in which the shadow of race comes actually on form rather than below (or somehow shines through. Can't if there is no line. Can't get on other objects; e.g. boxes to highlight.

Is it possible to change this behavior for HTML5 correspond to the Flash?

    Edit Mode:

    Edit Mode.PNG

    Flash power:

    Flash.PNG

    Output of HTML5:

    HTML5.PNG

Checked and it is a bug. You can submit a bug report to http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

The only way I can see around him, would be to remove the feature, duplicate the object is directly above the old object, then set the fill to 0%, adding the race again and remove the shadow. It is not ideal, but if you need to use the drop shadow with an object that has a stroke, it's the only way I can see the output file as HTML5 without appearing inside the shape.

  • 'Reports' grey menu (the link is disabled)

    Hello

The menu of reports does not work and I do not know why.

I tried with 2 different ID, 4 different clients and 2 different browsers (IE and Firefox).

The photo is attached. You can see the reports link is formatted differently (it has shadow). In Internet Explorer, the shadow appears. In FireFox, no shadow. In both cases, clicking on the reports does not display the menu drop-down.

    Thanks a lot for Singapore.

If you want to add systems to an existing project:

    1. open the project/business
    2. administration Menu > my projects
    3. Locate the project name > click on the name of the project
    4. go in the select systems tab, then select systems
    5. apply.

If you create a new project, there is a step in the wizard to select the systems.

    Best regards

  • Titles of the shadow

    I use PE 9.

There is a problem with shadows in titles.

The angle, distance and sweetness are always 1. I can change these numbers, and they are used. But when I return, I don't see what numbers I've used. It is also a problem when I type a number and press ENTER. The shadow screen closes.

    It must be a bug.

    It might be.

Have you reported it to Adobe?

  • Report to concatenate several lines into one line

    I have three tables:
    1 project Pk = proj_id
    2 Resources_on_Project Pk = Resources_on_proj_id Foreign_key = proj_id
    3 cost Pk = cost_id Foreign_key = proj_id

    columns in the table:

    Project: proj_id, proj_name, proj_description
    Resources_on_Project: Resources_on_proj_id, proj_id, id_ressource
    cost: cost_id, proj_id, cost_type, cost_incurred

    the table relationships:

Project: Resources_on_project 1:m (project has several resources in Appendix)
Cost of the project: 1:m (project has many costs in annex)

    Data:

    Project:
    PROJ_ID, proj_name, proj_description
    1, CDM, Advisory Services

    2, efficient lighting, efficient ESCO

    Resources_on_project
    Resources_on_proj_id, proj_id, id_ressource
    1, 1, 1
    2, 1, 2
    3, 2, 3
    4, 2, 4

    Cost:

    1.1, food, 1200
    2.1, travel, 2000
    3.1, trip, 3500

    13.2, food, 3000
    14.2, food, 1000
    15.2, food, 2400

First project has 2 resources attached to it and 6 different costs.
Second project includes 2 resources and 9 heads of different costs.

I want a report that gives me:

    Proj_name, Proj_description, id_ressource, cost_incurred
    Advisory services CDM 10500 1/2

ESCO effective effective lighting 14850 3/4

    I wrote a query:
    «Select «PROJECT»» PROJ_NAME' as 'PROJ_NAME. "
    ««PROJECT»» PROJ_DESCRIPTION' as 'PROJ_DESCRIPTION. "
    sum (COST. COST_INCURRED) as "COST_INCURRED."
    'RESOURCES_ON_PROJECTS '. "" RESOURCE_ID ' as 'RESOURCE_ID.
    'COST', 'cost ',.
    "RESOURCES_ON_PROJECTS" "RESOURCES_ON_PROJECTS"
    'PROJECT' 'PROJECT '.
    where "PROJECT. "" PROJ_ID "=" RESOURCES_ON_PROJECTS. " "" PROJ_ID.
    and 'PROJECT '. "" "PROJ_ID '=' COST. PROJ_ID.
    PROJECT group. PROJ_NAME, PROJECT. PROJ_DESCRIPTION, RESOURCES_ON_PROJECTS. ACCOUNTABLE_RESOURCE_ID

    the result is:

    Advisory services CDM 1 10500
    Advisory services CDM 2 10500
ESCO effective effective lighting 3 14850
ESCO effective effective lighting 4 14850

It gives a new line for each different resource.

    I want to:
    Advisory services CDM 10500 1/2
ESCO effective effective lighting 14850 3/4

    any help will be appreciated.

This affects a line number for each line, each group proj_name (partition). Line numbers are allocated in the order of the id_ressource.

Now, using a (hierarchical) query connection we create a hierarchy of folders as well as RN = 2 is considered to be a child of RN = 1, etc..

Now, we can store up to the sys_connect_by_path to eliminate the left "/" simply by using the TRIM function.

-computer restarted, did not use any design programs or photo, panic took place 10 minutes later

-connected temporarily separated I have that has no file - well just to check email, watch movies

-restarted the safe mode and saved all my valuable info to my external hard drive

-checked the material through computer test = all very well

-re-installed the OS form scratch and re-installed programs.  Have stayed on El capitan and did not improve with Sierra still.

-panic happened once when I tried to use a cc design program.  Used CS6 version and it was very good.

-panic occurred when I tried to open my library lighroom. Installed LIghroom Cs5 (old version) and started a new library - has worked

-use of regular program is very well: e-mail, web surfing, viewing

-last night worked on lightroom for a good 45 min - 1 h, and then passed to photoshop cs6 for 20 min - computer has a different kernel panic

  • Strange shadows on the Sierra of the Mac OS on an external monitor

After upgrading to Mac OS Sierra, I noticed that there are these strange shadows. It of almost like the gradient of a shadow is not fluid and smooth:

Is this normal, or is there a problem? Recommend a fix?

I'm on Mac mini (mid-2011) and a screen LCD Dell UltraSharp U2913WM 29 inches.

... However, if the screenshots are picking up, it seems less like a problem of monitor and more like an incompatibility of graphics cards with MacOS Sierra?

This seems to be quite normal. The windows are translucent, and what I see, this is the result of the image behind the window.

It was the same thing in El Capitan (and, I suppose, Yosemite, as well).

You can go to system preferences - > accessibility-> display and select "reduce transparency" if it bothers you.

  • WARNING: Beware of Trusteer report installation on macOS Sierra

Just a word of warning to users who have the version for macOS Sierra - I'd be suspicious about installing and using Trusteer report of IBM software as it doesn't seem to work correctly with Safari 10. Although maybe it's not the case for all devices running Safari 10, it certainly caused problems on my Mac and someone else on this thread:

    Safari 10 high CPU usage

High CPU usage (and therefore high battery drain) is the main problem I've experienced with that. If you have already installed report, maybe try using Safari and check Activity Monitor CPU usage to see if this problem is widespread or limited to certain devices (mine included).

Report was constantly beset with problems on my Mac - in OS X El Capitan icon appears in Safari 9.1.3; in the public beta of macOS Sierra the installer kept crashing and causing my Mac restart unexpectedly. and now high CPU utilization when you use Safari 10.

Everyone encountered problems with the report? For now, I don't particularly want to reinstall the software, despite its security perks - headaches constant software involves dissuaded me to use it for the moment.

I agree whether Trusteer report on a Mac installing problems.
