I installed the trial version of Photoshop CS6, but it won't let me open the program.
When I go to open it an error message comes up saying that "it may be damaged or incomplete." But when I go to Adobe Application Manager it says that it is "up to date". How can I fix?

Cannot install the trial version of After Effects?
I am trying to install the trial version of After Effects, but there is nothing else than the error message saying that they are the questions now to try again later. Anyone know what is happening? I wanted to buy the program, but if I can't do even the trial of it... it's a bad sign.

Rename the opm.db file.
- Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.

Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE - Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db

I currently have installed Windows7 x 64. I had previously and unsuccessfully tried to install Windoes8 preview. Now, I try to install the full Windows 8. I went to the Microsoft site, clicked on the download Pro now [$39.95]. He appears in the downloads, but when I click on 'Open' nothing happens. I looked into the hidden folders and it does not appear anywhere. Great mystery! Where can it be? Can something be blocking the opening? Is there another way I can check if it is even downloaded to the PC? Thank you.
PS - what I get from the download page is the Upgrade Assistant that is what does not open on the PC.
Update - has managed to enter the program when I clicked on the Start button and then clicked on "Download Windows". I ended up finding a message that the download was unsuccessful due to an unspecified error. Just a matter worse. Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.
If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then get any drivers\software update for the device.
