    I the last EL Capitan (10.11.3) on my 13-inch, early 2011 Macbook Pro since I've updated to El Capitan, I can't reply, reply to all, or before an email, all that happens is that an empty window opens. I can't also closes the blank window without closing Mail.

    Once I close Mail he invites me to send a report to Apple, what I'm doing. I would have thought that this would have been fixed by now through updates but no luck.

    If you run a third-party such as Trusteer applications that claim to offer anti virus, protection, cleaning, management, etc. your computer, uninstall these apps. They are not necessary and can be responsible for your problem. Trusteer is known to cause the symptoms you are experiencing.

    I did muliple boots soft/hard, removing the battery and 2 refills of recovery of backups made last July. On the 1st recovery, it worked fine, but then the question returned almost immediately.

    He was returned by trend filters, hotmail, gmail and so on. I'm stumped, all help out here?

    When I try to copy an email to someone or answer, I receive an error message that it is impossible to send to my Windows Mail.  I can copy the text into a new message and send it, and I have no problem sending other emails.  I can not just send or answer.  I've had Windows Mail for over a year now and it is a new problem.

    You can try using System Restore to go back to a point before the problem started. I have included instructions below for the system restore function.

    The System Restore tool

    Other troubleshooting methods, such as using the System File Checker tool, cannot solve the problem. If they do not resolve the problem, and the problem you are experiencing started occurring recently, you can use the System Restore tool. Using this tool, you can restore the computer to an earlier point in time.

    The tool using System Restore may not necessarily help you determine the problem. The System Restore tool uses points of restore to return the system files and settings to an earlier point in time. You can use it to restore the operating system to a point in time where you have not experienced the problem. When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

    To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

    1. click on Start

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue.

    The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

    Impossible to answer, send or transfer emails using Windows Live Mail since that it has been updated about a week ago. I now get the error: 0xC00CE508 plus a number whole errors listed under failed to initialize the canvas part I use Windows 7.

    I suggest you re-check your e-mail provided by your ISP settings.

  • Unable to create/reply/forward email from FireFox 15.0.1

    I could create/reply/forward email AOL with FireFox 14 but with FireFox 15.0 service reply/forward only copied the email on the page new message on the first attempt - I got at the end / restart FireFox whenever I wanted to reply/forward. With the 15.0.1 update I lost the ability to create/reply/forward - page new message works except that I can't deliver send it or save commands (thanks for the AutoSave). Go to IE has solved the problem, but my preferance browser is FireFox.

    The problem is that for page email Web AOL - yahoo and gmail work perfectly.

    Yes, send, save, etc. buttons are there but do nothing - in fact, the cursor is an arrow rather than on a hand.

    I solved the problem by going to my mail preferences and change the "always start new email in a new window" to deselect this feature so that the new message/reply/forward will be held in the normal email window.

    The problem seems to be copying the reply/forward in a new window and send/save buttons never get activated.

    The email function works as long as I keep the function contained in a window.

    I have a Gmail account and two other accounts. All messages from two other accounts are forwarded to Gmail.

    I've set up three accounts on Z10.

    When you compose a new message, I can select one of the three accounts as the sender.

    When you reply to the / forwarding a message, the sender is always defined as Gmail, regardless of what address the message was sent to.

    They should not be there! The cache is just another name that the Windows shell (the interface between you and Windows) use for temporary Internet files. If you moved TIF, shell: cache now brings you to the relatively empty folder. If so, you should have no problem, remove the old bloated TIF folder. You must use SHIFT + DELETE to do; otherwise, Windows will spend ages copy all the content in the Recycle Bin in case you change your mind. It might take some time (even hours or minutes) to remove so much superfluous things, it might be a good idea to do just before going to bed and hope that nothing hinders while you sleep, then take a look in the morning to check that it is all gone.

    Windows Live now works as it should.
