  Since windows updated Nov 15/12 I was not able to reply to or forward emails from yahoo.  What happened on our laptop and our office of albums, both are using Windows 7.  If we turn on our Ipad, we have no problem you reply to or forward the same emails. I've exhausted all the recommendations of Yahoo. I still can, however, create a new e-mail message and send it out.

  When I try to copy an email to someone or answer, I receive an error message that it is impossible to send to my Windows Mail.  I can copy the text into a new message and send it, and I have no problem sending other emails.  I can not just send or answer.  I've had Windows Mail for over a year now and it is a new problem.

  You can try using System Restore to go back to a point before the problem started. I have included instructions below for the system restore function.

  The System Restore tool

  Other troubleshooting methods, such as using the System File Checker tool, cannot solve the problem. If they do not resolve the problem, and the problem you are experiencing started occurring recently, you can use the System Restore tool. Using this tool, you can restore the computer to an earlier point in time.

  The tool using System Restore may not necessarily help you determine the problem. The System Restore tool uses points of restore to return the system files and settings to an earlier point in time. You can use it to restore the operating system to a point in time where you have not experienced the problem. When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

  1. click on Start

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue.

  The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

  As a last resort, I would use an autoloader to reload the operating system.  If this does not work after that then it is a hardware failure, or the device is not compatible with the networks in your area.  Assuming that this worked before and suddenly left leads me to believe that it's a hardware problem.

  Since I had BlackBerry Z10 im trying to connect to the games, after starting window... It is display name, then when you click Next it gives error

  The app 'Games' was part of the Scoreloop service.  Unfortunately, Scoreloop has been closed last December.  There was an announcement about last summer saying that the service stops, and they have achieved with it.

  If only recently, you've got your Z10, then it is likely still has OS 10.2.1.xxxx, which included the games app.  The next month to come - and dependent on your operator - you should get the OS update 10.3.1.  The games app has been removed from this OS.

  So far, there is nothing you can do about it - other that just don't use it, or ignore it when any game tries to start.

  Got a Z10 with my blackberry ID on it for a long time without any problem.

  My wife bought a Blackberry Bold 9900 and instead create a new Blackberry ID, I put mine. She wanted only Facebook on this subject so I didn't create a new ID just for this application.

  Now on my Z10, whenever I try to download a BB world app, get a pop-up with "check your Blackberry ID. I try to enter my password, it says:

  "You can't sign with a different ID of Blackberry on this unit. Connect with the original Blackberry used on this device ID ". But it is certainly the original code.

  I also tried to reset the password, but the problem persists.

  Well, this isn't quite true.  You can have multiple devices with a BBID.  I have a Z10, Q10 and Playbook.  I added a different Playbook earlier but only Playbook can be connected as the main material for BBWorld.  Other that it worked very well.

  Looks like you are trying to connect to the device even with a different BBID.  If you have already connected to a device with a BBID, you do a security wipe before you can connect with other BBID.

  I saw the same thing. Calendars have been added via CalDAV? Seems those that are read-only, or at least they were for me.

  I deleted all the and set up my Google as EAS account. Then, I followed the workaround on CrackBerry and all my calendars in sync. Unable to add participants, but at least I have all my events on my calendar.

• Z10 blackBerry cannot change BBM (NOT Blackberry ID.)

  I typed a letter inadvertently in my BBM ID when I got my new Z10. Now, seems to have no option to change the ID I typed. I was told by a guy at Verizon, the only way he knows that he has to change it is to do a thorough cleaning of the phone and start again. I have already a ton in my phone and I don't want to start over. Does anyone know a better way?

  BBM opened with the icon, not the hub.

  At the top is your name or BBM.

  That affect and change your name.

  My wife and I have acquired recently Z10, with release 10.2.1.2976.  We are totally unable to send SMS texts using addresses out of our address books.

  Hapopen of two things: 1. in the lower right, the screen says not 'SEND', it says 'SUBMIT '.

  I bought my Z10 BB this Saturday. The first thing you can do with a new devices will check the updates. The OS on my Z10 works 10.0.10.690. I tried to update the software via "update over the air" and the BB link. It did not work. I get the message "the update server is not temporary is not available." Please try again later.   My Z10 has certain behaviors strange anymay. I've had 4 accidents just by adding a few new addresses.

  I have a few brangings "t-online", even though I have the bought new on Amazon with no contract (and I don't use t-online).

  Last question. How can I remove this brand image? Its no big deal, but maybe there is an easy solution.

  -the error message says that I need appstore for updating contacts. But I can't have appstore since I was minus 10.2

  the only way I found was to download my contact list to my phone from 10.3 to Outlook, then load it onto my phone 10.2.

  I did it using Blackberry link.

  Due to problems concerning the latestest update (10.2.1) software I had to erase my phone. Before doing so, I made a backup on link to Blackberry. When I went to restore my phone, he showed me that restore data were there, but that I could not transfer the data as the ID of the computer does not match the ID on my phone.   Settings > language and input > Feedback.

  Well, my problem is that I can't delete photos which I just watched to be tumblr (which i sideloaded) and the internet. It is not that the photos are inappropriate, it's just so annoying that I can't remove all

  so now my phone is pretty much inundated with photos of hollywood stars

  This is probably a consequence of sideloading an app that is not intended for the BB. The file created by the app probably has incorrect permissions. If it's an Android app, you can try to delete the file via an Android file manager.
