  Seems to be a bug in the Adobe Download Manager, that he has hard bed ID IE10 as IE1 browser and think it's an old outdated browser.

  The solution is to switch to compatibility view in IE10, so he identifies as IE9 (or use another browser).

  ... I'm afraid, I can tell you that no, you can't buy the current versions of Premiere Pro or Photoshop.  They are only available through the subscription/membership model.

  For the time being, you can always buy CS6 much older versions (you ring to Service customer rather than just buy online however).  However, you should know that this software is no longer being developed and people start to run into problems with the new OS as El Capitan and Windows 10.

  You can subscribe on the plans of the unique app for the two apps separately, or else you can combine Premiere Pro single app plan with the plan of photography.

  If you want to use the Photoshop of the Suite, then you will have to install using the Suite.  You don't have to install all the programs in the Suite.  Whatever programs you have the Suite will not be able to tell where you are in the world - they work.

  That's what it costs to move in memory.  This isn't a rare amount for devices.  Comparing a sd card for memory in an iPhone is not a valid comparison.

  If you do not need additional memory, you need not to do.

  If it is for a Creative Suite, I don't know if subscriptions for the Suites are cross-platform, so you may have to contact the Support from Adobe in order to organize the Exchange.  Check your account to see if there is a provision of download of Windows for the subscription.
