I arrived by dint of uninstall WinDeskTools I don't want out of my computer.
I want to do this because when I start to remove the WinDeskTools it does not go far. It's maddening. Is there any advice on this? Thank you very much.

If you have uninstalled it, you really can't stop it (well, sometimes there is a Cancel button to do and that will usually work and sometimes if you stop it with the quick task manager enough it will work - but usually it gives just a messed installation and the program will not work properly or not at all).
If it's already done, one option is to use the system to a restore point BEFORE, did you uninstall and who must return things to normal with the program here and the work. Method 1:
I suggest try to uninstall the program in safe mode and check.Method 2:I recommend that you perform the clean boot and try to uninstall the program in the clean boot state.
Configuration of your system in a clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

Do you know when these facilities began? Try a restore of the system to a point in time BEFORE the facilities began. Here is the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-system-restore-how.html. Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points. If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two. NOTE: You will need to re-install any software and updates that you have installed between now and point of restoration, you really want to keep it, but you can use Windows Update for updates.

I want to uninstall then reinstall Adobe Audition CS6 on the same computer
So I went around my settings and accidentally deleted some presets and other things about CS6, and now I want to completely remove and reinstall it on my computer. I have the key to online series, but I'm just confirming that it is all that I need? I don't want to uninstall CS6 then not be able to recover. I think I bought the software on a CD but I don't have them anymore, just the serial number online.
I guess I should also ask if this is even possible?

You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so you can keep the original as a backup if installation you orefer. If this isn't the case, then the minimum you need to do the old installation is to disable this feature by opening one of the applications and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

Yes once you install versions of 2014 CC, you can uninstall the older versions from your computer.
On MAC, you can find the uninstall program in
Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers.
Under Windows, you need to uninstall from
Control Panel > programs and features or programs righteous and then you can uninstall from the list.
