  I have a problem similar but not identical to what others have seen. I ordered a new XPS 15 laptop with MS Office Professional 2016. I have a booklet that tells me to click on tiles of Office or Word or Excel and then activate it.   It's just a matter of installing the software on the new machine, nothing in the way of migration is necessary.  Just repeat the same process you used for the old machine to the new machine.  Given that your license allows installation on two machines, you have the possibility to leave it on the old machine.

  If you prefer you can deactivate the software on the old machine so that you always have the option to install/activate the software on another computer if necessary.

  If you happen to require the download of the suite to the new machine you can do using the site below to download the demo version then use your serial number to activate to use fully.  Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important article Instructions on the pages to download to this site or the download may not work properly.

  I had this problem with Firefox version 15 and found out it was because of the theme I had installed. As soon as I changed back to generic theme of firefox browser was able to move freely again. Some themes work very well but there are some that causes this problem of the browser do not move with left click the top title bar.

  If the programs are not removed you can create the shortcut icons on your desktop for required programs.

  If the programs have been removed you may have to reinstall.

  You can click on start > all programs > click with the right button on the program > Send to > desktop (create shortcut)
