Please perform following steps depending on your operating system
(Mac)
- Close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
- Go to ~/library/application support/adobe / rename coresync in coresync.old and oobe oobe.old Note: you must click on go to the menu bar and then go to to get the box to type ~/library/application support/adobe /)
- Launch cc app and it should show you 20 GB
(Windows)
- Close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
- Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/roaming/adobe / rename coresync in coresync.old
- Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/and oobe and rename it oobe.old
- Launch cc app and it should show you 20 GB

RECENTLY I bought the subscription for the month, but then canceled (I think?) because I'm frustrated. I've been using bridge and photoshop cs6 for 4 years. I've never understood light room and where it is located. I've dabbled with it and I couldn't find out how to save my images in my workflow of currengt, or how to resize and put a border around my images. How to save for web and as TIFF, as I did for all my files for four years. LR seems to be taking pictures of my Iphoto folder and I don't use that. I tried to cancel the cc of photoshop and lightroom cc and cc bridge but I don't know if I did. I am really confused, and I have work to do. What can I do, do I do, help me! @@ !

Lost my icon to send new messages in mail (appears in the toolbar, but not active). Can not send a new message in the mailbox (impossible to select) drop. I tried to use the toolbar Customize to drag an icon to the toolbar, but it doesn't work anymore. Using Mail 9.2 and OS X 10.11.2. Any help is appreciated.
The Send button will not be activated unless the message can be sent. Are you sure that you have entered a recipient and the account is online?
The connection doctor (window menu) displays errors.

I am trying to assign a license of creative cloud of teams to an email address that already has a free membership, but when clicking on accept the invitation it keeps taking me to "assets".
How can I resolve this issue? It must be installed in an emergency.
Try to click the X to the right of the license to remove the user, then the license entrust again.
When it receives the email to accept the invitation, click on Accept the invite and activate the license.

I want to cancel my subscription to the month, but it's impossible!
Seriously get annoyed. Need me a constant loop to the same exact pages that I was right. There is the button no. cancel the membership. I searched this forum and all the similar posts I've seen, said the same thing and when I click on the answer it brings back me to the pages that I've been. It is really a bad way to handle cancellations.
