  I don't think that there is any version of disc available for purchase, at least not through Adobe.  You might be able to find a third-party vendor with always sold discs you can try your luck with.

  From what I read in a forum message, newer than 10.7 Mac must subscribe in the cloud instead of buy CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the cloud for CS6 is not compatible (meaning that the seller will ask you your operating system and not sell you CS6 if she does not work on your computer...   I had just completed a test on trial RoboHelpX5 and, although not a perfect solution, was trying to go through the motions to purchase a license. Today I discovered on the liberation of RoboHelp6, so downloaded a trial version of it. I import an old HPJ RoboHelpX3 project at exit 4 of WinHelp. I found that RoboHelp6 is much more X 5 buggy. Before I spend the time trying to understand what goes wrong and how to fix it, I was wondering if I can still buy X 5?
  
  Some of the problems I have experienced are:
  
  -Word continually crashes (I have Word 2000 SP3).
  -J' have some documents that I'm unable to add topics (I get the message "The Next style name does not exist or is of the wrong type.".) When I click OK I get: "RoboHelp received word error 1075. If you continue to receive this error, contact Macromedia for support "." I found that the error 1075: the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion).
  -When I created a new document and adds a topic, somehow ends up in the main document of the project - removal of all existing entries.
  
  Someone knows something similar. I have sent an email to Adobe support, so that they may or may not get back to me. If they do, I'll post their reply.

  Just in case where someone is in a similar position, we finally got a resolution to DATE, approximately 7 weeks after the beginning...

  Basically, it is possible to obtain a license key for X 5. What we had to do, is buy a X 6 volume license from a local dealer and then contact Adobe technical support (in our case [email protected]). They could send us the relevant information necessary to install the previous version, as well as the license in effect for the previous version key. We only discovered this after weeks of play 'chinese whispers' with the Adobe support endless chain. Ultimately, it is the support group of tech AP who were able to tell us what to do and provide us with the previous version/product key.

  If your computer is a customized version, you can use a Version of Vista retail.

  You can also download and install SP1 and SP2 if necessary.
