  Can I know where you bought this XI Acrobat Pro? If it is from Adobe, then the serial number must be registered with your Adobe ID, but if in the case where you bought the 3rd party vendor please check them.

  Unfortunately, if you have never installed it, adobe has no record of your serial number. Serial numbers for the products are sold in large batches, and the buyer (Epson, in your case) is responsible for them. You must get in touch with Epson.

  If you have installed and registered PSE 6, go to adobe.com and search on the right side of My Adobe page. By working through the links you should be able find the record of the serial number that you have registered.

  Hi Jeff Wright, I all do it according to your instructions. uninstalled, run CC Cleaner, started again and use a new download for the

  new install of Photoshop 10. By installing, put in s/n, without any problem, so that Photoshop complete 10 installed.

  After rebooting open Photoshop and I see first? Screen to install the registry key. And put it in, always the message.

  that s/n is not longer valid. Indeed, slowly, I lose interest on the program. I'm only a user that they will work with it without much

  problems. Adobe come no feedback or help, I have to communicate with the community. Now go get another araoun program and buy

  not more than one Adobe product.
