Same message when installing "We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Acrobat"
I bought an upgrade from live Adobe for Acrobat Pro DC. Adobe shows my latest Acrobat X Pro version. Yet, when you go through the steps to install I get the same message repeatedly: we are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I purchased from an Adobe reseller (I checked that they are an authorized dealer) 6 Lightroom for which I also have the same message. Online tech from Adobe technical support is severely lacking. If anyone has a solution or knows the problem, please advise.
When you start the installation of your dc acrobat you will be asked your serial number of dc. After that you see the error message, or you see a drop-down list with a list of upgrade products (which include acrobat pro x) eligible?

I ran PremierePro_6_LS7.exe, and with load specified with number series, reached the point to enter the serial number.
"We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 family."
I checked my account and the license is added to the file.
The serial number is 24 digits into 6 groups of 4 characters.
Please answer this.
I use Adobe Premiere since 2006 and I currently CS5.5.
This is the first time I had problems trying to download and implement a version.
It took most of the day so far!

I installed CS6 in trial mode and enter the license number.
Serial number seems to have been accepted.since that encodes now starts without a license message.

Just make sure that you paint or hide the serial key before inserting the screenshot of the message.

What are the blocker of Adobe which affects the serial number validation processes.
Follow the procedure below:
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
Then try to activate the CS 6 apps using the serial number, it shud work.

When you bought from Amazon, do you have it bought on Amazon or a retailer sells the software through Amazon. If you bought it from a dealer, you were able to buy pirated goods. I have confirmed the #s series I are valid (Adobe Acrobat and Lightroom 6). A # I lowered my Adobe account when I bought the update 2 days ago (Adobe Acrobat DC) from Adobe. I confirmed to the store that I bought Lightroom 6 is a company of Adobe certified/authorized. I have loaded and reloaded the Acrobat software and the same message. I used a different browser to download the software and got the same message. Lightroom is a disc - I get the same message. I'm Mac OS 10.11.4. I chatted in 2 separate calls with the support of the conversation and they only provided NO help at all. I have Acrobat X Pro on my system - I'm stuck with that?
