  I recommend first restart your iPhone. This can solve many unexpected behaviours. Follow the steps below if necessary.

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  If the problem persists, the next option would be to reset all settings. It takes all the defaults, including passwords and Wi - Fi networks, alerts, notifications, brightness, wallpaper and sounds.   There is a problem with your installation of OS X. The easiest way, but not the fastest way to fix it is to reinstall the operating system. Unless you are in a hurry or have measured access to the network, it is what I suggest, especially since I don't know if there are any problems with the installation.   The below, advanced shortcut if it works, can save you some downtime (and the cost of a download of several gigabyte, if necessary.)
