• I can't send emails on my behalf of Talktalk.

  I can't send emails on my E-MAIL talktalk.net account.   I get all emails without problem.  WEBmail also send and receive vouchers.  I have not had this problem before and it just started.  I contacted Talktalk, but they were not very helpful and suggested to contact Apple. They seem to have no expertise on Mac.

  I hope I understand your question... You can not send mail, but you can receive. Is this correct? If this is the case, check the setting of the outgoing mail server. Make sure that your user name and password are there.

  Settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > your account > account > outgoing mail server - tap the name of the server next to SMTP check in the main server and make sure that your user name and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

  Then, go to your e-mail settings and make sure you have a password set for your outgoing mail server, same password entering your mail server.

  U put in place an email with the BlackBerry Internet Service account?  If you have, you must log into your BIS account and return service directories.  If you have not configured to send yet, you must create an BIS account and add your email address.  You should be able to set up BIS here http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.net/
