  The I have Adobe ID of yours seems absolutely fine for our purpose. You can follow the article: connect, disconnect you and | Creative Office Cloud app and disconnect and again log in to the account.

  If it shows always try, then you can follow the article: sign activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC for the fixed number.

  Try to accept the invitation using another browser.

They both receive the invitation, but no one is able to accept the invitation and all they get is the error message. I've tried and failed with both free users and a paying user. I created a new project for this purpose. I tried all the roles (co-author, reviewer, reader, writer).

  Sorry as you face this problem. It is in fact partly fixed (doesn't happen for new accounts). A few old scores could still fall on this issue for which we currently manually update account data.
