  Get the product activation message because I am not connected to the internet.  Absolutely, PC is connected to internet (I am composing this message on the same pc that the product is installed.  Tried recording offline connection and get message that the serial number is incorrect.

  I checked that you have an active subscription to creative cloud. Thus, every time you sign in with your Adobe ID, Creative Cloud overrides the activation of all products CS6, but not Acrobat X because he isn't a part of the creative cloud.

  You can use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC using CC on this machine and it works fine. In the case where you would like to use Acrobat X please check workaround mentioned in:

  • License considerations mixed - if you have an active member of the creative cloud and a serial number for Lightroom 6
