I can't activate Windows Vista.

I've recently updated my laptop from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7.  Given that I'm no longer using Vista I've updated my office from XP to Vista, but it does not accept the product key for activation.  He said that the key is already active, even though I am no longer using this product key because my laptop has a new key for Windows 7.  I have 7 days to activate my office.  How can I activate it without having to buy another product key or to accept the product key I have now?

Read this:

If your computer is pre-installed with Vista, it is classified as an OEM license and is not transferable.

The license of Vista OEM is related to the original computer it is installed on and dies with the computer.
You cannot transfer it to another computer/laptop

If a license of Vista at retail, you can transfer it to another computer/laptop.
But it can only be installed on one computer at a time.

A single license is a single Installation.

    The second is a general for the Greece phone number as you have indicated that your country is the Greece. If you dial the number and explain your activation problem and the phone number doesn't work not they may be directly connect you to support or you give a better number to use.

    You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

    There is no download available from Microsoft Vista.

    Contact the manufacturer of your laptop and ask them to send a set of recovery disks.

    They should do this for a small fee.

If the old hard drive is still installed and running before you change on hard drives and you never received the to purchase recovery discs, you can make the recovery discs from the recovery Partition which should be on the old hard drive. You will need to request that the manufacturer how to do as each computer manufacturer has their own way of making records of this partition recovery.

    You receive this error 0xC004E003 when the Software Licensing Service reported that license evaluation failed on your computer.
