  This is a strange problem and post here is a coup in the water. I tried for three days to buy Lightroom 6 upgrade to the Adobe web site. The problem is that the cart will not update. It defaults to the full version and when I select the upgrade and the version that I improve (Lightroom 4), the price for the product is $ 79, but the total does not change.   Adobe does not sell older versions of their software.  You have to take your chances buying through some third party provider if you are able to find one.

  It is not only a plan of creative cloud for Lightroom. The plan of the photograph is the subscription price lower and includes Photoshop and Lightroom. Given that you are enrolled in this plan, you will have to pay a penalty if you want to cancel it from the beginning. You can not buy Lightroom CC. You can buy 6 of Lightroom which has most of the features of Lightroom CC. But you don't have Lightroom Mobile available, and you will be dehaze filter which everyone seems to want to. I think your best bet is to just continue to use Lightroom CC for next year and then buy Lightroom 6 or version what ever is available right here.

  The full suite of CC with all CC applications can be purchased per month for $75 each month.  I think LR is included in this.

  A Plan of photography that's just LR + PS is an annual plan, only, for $120.

  There is no plan from month to month it's just LR.

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.
