I can't change my account to the Australia

Microsoft treats me like a pariah.

I live in Australia.

Control Panel >

I'm going to the region > current user > Australia. OK, fair enough.

However, my default home screen is UK?

My new default user account is UK?

I contacted my ISP provider: the message - it will cost me a $180, a twelve month contract to make the Australian region 3 compatible.

Shortcuts Microsoft do not work: Alt + R (PRINT preview) Alt + P (Print) is no longer functional

IE10 my default APPS is more web pages: C/net, I default to a sub with no button to download site.

Microsoft America is controlling my web browsing.

On my web page is no longer a gear down to the right to make direct contact.

This undemocratic.

Hi John,.

1. what happens when you try to use shortcuts?

2. do you get an error message? If so, what is the exact message?

3 have there been recent changes made on the computer before the show?

I suggest you to refer to the links and check if it helps.
