I can't click on anything on sites like facebook or youtube, if its upward, what is the problem?

When on websites like facebook or youtube, I can't click on the search bar. I can't click on the logo to refresh the page and nothing near the high thumb of the page of the site on my monitor works. I can not even log out of facebook.

This problem may be caused by the Yahoo! toolbar that spans both down and covers the top of the browser window and therefore links and buttons in this part of the screen not clickable.
