  You can create a folder of images of text with Keynote, if you have installed.

  Create a new document, Keynote, then write a single citation per slide.

  For 2007, go to the Menu bar at the top, tools-> Options-> Mail Format tab at the top-> Signatures and then create your signature you want.

  For 2003, it is almost the same process.

  You can create word documents and powerpoint presentations, but you cannot save them directly on a normal USB.

  I'm assuming you're network connection to your XP Pro using the "Remote Desktop connection" machines...  If so, this can be done natively on a XP Home machine as XP Home does not support the remote desktop connection.  XP Home Edition also ensures a file sharing Simple for any user that connects to your computer would be able to authenticate the user "guest".

  There may be other 3rd third-party programs that can allow you to do.

  You can go in the advanced security settings and explicitly deny file record all users "deleting subfolders and files" and "Remove" permissions, make sure that you propagate permissions to all child objects.  But, as mentioned by another poster, if users can change the files they can damage or save them as empty files.

  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   Recovery DVDs can be created with the special tool only. The name is Toshiba Recovery creator. This tool is part of the Vista installation only factory settings.

  I don't think that IDCS5 has added a trick new (a little hidden feature) to be able to create all (including fields etc.) in the ID?

  Just save it as a template.  Type your editable content, then press ctrl + s.  On the bottom there are a dropdown menu that says 'Save as type'.  Click on it and select Word or Excel Template.
