  Acrobat 7 is not compatible. You must upgrade to Acrobat X. BTW, which is the latest version, so that you will be eligible to get the upgrade price. When Acrobat 11 comes, you will need to purchase a new license.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

Is the solution to buy the last stand-alone version of Acrobat or is it possible to reinstall the product I already paid?
