  To start the download normally, please try a different web browser.   As for trying to launch direct download, you should be able to locate some steps on how to do this at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.  Once you reach the Prodesign site please be sure to read the instructions carefully.  You need start a download via the normal method for the cookie to allow a direct download.

  Since you probably mean you tried to do 7 days ago and failed then you will need to describe what you've tried and what past as well.  The usual remedy for failed downloads is to make sure that you have enabled cookies and if this fails then you should try using another browser.

  If your question is taken literally, then the reason why you can't do something 7 days ago is because travel in time must be successfully completed.

  hiughkhk, I assume you are using windows 7 or newer.

  Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - location of the folder in your computer and delete the file named "sniffer" and try to launch the Photoshop CC 2014.

  If you are still having the same problem, please provide newspapers in the event viewer for Photoshop.
