  Flash Player is not supported on any mobile device (Android, Blackberry, iOS, Windows Phone).  Flash Player is only supported on Windows and OS X operating systems.

  Very strange!  Google Chrome comes with Flash Player (PPAPI) preinstalled.  Do you have somehow managed to uninstall?

  I suggest that you uninstall, then reinstall the latest version of Google Chrome.
