  If your Windows Update history shows that .NET Framework 4.5.1 is installed successfully. If troubleshooting says ' registration for the service is missing or corrupt... not fixed "then you can try the methods provided below and see if help."

  2. Disable the antivirus.
  3. Go to AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater

  5. Creative cloud startup

  7. Starting update

  I don't have the chance to check this Monday. In the meantime, version 10 is out. I made sure that my default profile has been completely liquid and manually update the secondary profile, it closed and reopened and had the update. When I opened the default profile, there is not automatically updated but I was able to update without problem. I think I'll call it's good for now and see what happens the next time that we update.   If the installation provided with your Windows computer discs was preinstalled on the computer - it is OEM and cannot be moved. You can move Windows to another computer if you buy the retail version.

  If it's a full license or upgrade retail - Yes. You can move it to another computer as long as it is installed on one computer at a time (and if it's a version upgrade the new Windows computer must have its own license of qualification).
