  Just to clarify, all the apps that you have bought AppWorld should be plug-in on your phone without paying again for them.  As the previous poster mentioned, open AppWorld on your phone and click on MyWorld in the lower right.  All applications that you got from the AppWorld must be listed in MyWorld, even if you have deleted them.
