  Here is a workaround. Please click on "Tools"->"Preferences", uncheck the option 'Allow the extensions Manager to access the Internet', then try to install it again.

  Photoshop CC 2015 no longer uses the extensions Manager. Check out the Adobe Exchange website

  PS CC 2015 now synchronizes your addons directly through the creative cloud.

  So if you have CC 2014 version loaded on your computer, you can install and uninstall the old plugins by using the extensions Manager.

  Extension Builder 3 is the official tool from Adobe. You can find it here: Extension Builder 3: create HTML extensions to Adobe Labs - applications of CC

  It is directly integrated with Eclipse though.

  My own anecdotal experience is that by far the most widely used in the Community Builder for media: Creative Cloud Extension Builder for media

  It is integrated in parentheses, and I find generally easier to use than EB3.

  However, if you have no experience in web development and node.js, I would not advise to use it.

  I just found this today that allowed me to install a plug-in for Photoshop CC 2015:

  Site - Installer Zxp

  Install it, run it, and then drag your file zxp the indicated place. Voila! Extensions to work Photoshop CC 2015!

  Hello Mike,.

  Please, go to Preferences (Ctrl/Cmd-K) and edit Photoshop CC 2015 file associations in the tab "file type Associations. Because you deleted the app folder rather than uninstall it, bridge is still watching for Photoshop CC 2014.

  Remove the download directory and then to return to the update sites. to do this, follow these steps:

  1. stop the automatic updates service. to do this, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start, click Run, typeservices.mscand then click ok.

  b. Automatic Updates service right click and then click on stop.

  c. minimize the software component services snap-in.

  2. rename the c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution directory. to do this, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start, click Run, typecmdand then click ok.

  b. type cd %windir%, and then press ENTER.

  c. type ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SDTemp, and then press enter

  d. type exitand press ENTER.

  Note when you delete the folder % windir%\softwaredistribution, the history list is erased from the section "review updates" site web windows update. This action will not affect the updates installed on your computer. subsequent updates will appear in the history list.

  3. start the automatic updates service. to do this, follow these steps:

  a. expand the component services snap-in.

  b. right click on updates service automatic and then click Start.
