  Adobe suggest to install the application on the secondary drive, creative cloud desktop application can only be installed on the secondary drive.

  However, you can configure the destination of the installation in the Cloud Desktop custom App creative as the majority of Adobe Creative Cloud applications should support an installation location.

  Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive. In addition when installing temporary process files will also be created on your main drive.

  Rename the opm.db file.

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db

  You can update in the Help menu of Photoshop CC.

  Or same thing again, you can download and install the update manually.

  Try this:

  Before you import your files, go to file > project settings > General and change the rendering engine video software of Mercury playback engine only. Click OK, and then select Remove previews. Then import your files.
