You can use up to two computers at the same time.
but to remove, open your desktop cc application > click the gear on the top icon right > Preferences > disconnect > uninstall your application of cc desktop and programs.
to install, sign in with your id, adobe (the one used to pay for your subscription cc) and install the desktop cc app from there, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | CC free trial Adobe
and use the desktop application to install your programs of cc.
