I can't install a creative Cloud applications, I have several errors when downloading, and they're not just going to

When I try to download Illustrator, I get 2 fatal errors and 1 WARNING and exit code 183, and when I try to download Photoshop, I get the exit 15 and a press error DB 6 code...

I don't know what all this means other that it makes it impossible for me to download these programs, I stayed upward all night trying to figure it out, but nothing has worked. I have cleaned my temporary files, restarted my computer, used lead app and re-installed CC cleaner, but it does not yet

Windows

Locate the hosts file.
Click Start, run, type "% systemroot % \system32\drivers\etc", and then click OK.
Right click on the file and select open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.

Save a backup of the file. Choose file > save as name the file hosts.backup, and then click OK.

Find 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com and delete this entry.

Save the file and close it.

Mac

Open a Finder window. Choose go > go to folder.
Type "/ etc" (make sure that the client is logged on as administrator).
Select the hosts file and open it.
Look for the entry 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com and delete this text
Save the file and close it.
