  Bubble icons are the widgets corner. You can drag inward to round the corner. They are not part of your problem. If you want to hide them, select view > hide corner Widget. I have a hotkey defined for this menu item.

  If you see multiple bullseyes, you may have your set with the shape selected, that would prevent you from being able to move individual anchor points. Deselect the shape first, and then move the anchor with the direct Selection tool.

  Tested with Adobe HAVE CC 2014:

  1. Open a document, create a guide.
  2. Open a second window on that same document. (1 paper, 2 views of the same document)
  3. make the second smallest point of view, you can also hide the edges on this point of view.
  4. Return to the first window. CTRL + Alt +; (unlocking guides)
  5. Choose the selection tool, then click on the guide: nothing happening (IS THIS a BUG)
  6. Drag a marquee around the guide: guide is selected (OK)
  7. Reposition the guide: the guide moves (OK)
  8. Try to move the guide by clicking and dragging: not possible (BUG)
  9. Close the second window
  10. Repeat steps 5 through 9: everything works as expected.

  Tested on Windows 7.

  Please fix in an update!

  One thing you could do requires some manual work, but much less removal of dupes. For example, the Inbox. In the machine, you are going to scrap, create a new folder and move all messages in your Inbox to it. After you import on the other machine, you can drag the messages you need this folder in the Inbox, and then remove the user created the folder.

  If I understand correctly, you are not able to drag icons on the desktop. I'll certainly try and help you in the matter of fixing.

  To help you to propose measures to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:

  1. Since when are you facing the issue?

  2. you have any security program installed on the computer?

  3. what happens when you try to remove the icons?

  4. do you get an error message?

  5. are you aware of any changes made to the computer before the show?

  Run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check for infections.

  Note: there is a risk of data loss if all the files are infected and which can be removed in the cleaning process.

  If the problem persists, start the computer in safe mode and perform a clean boot. Clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: when you are finished troubleshooting, follow step 3, mentioned in the article to start the computer to a normal startup.

  Double check if it is installed there and you're really looking to a downloaded file.

  try to do this:

  To unlock the taskbar

     Right-click an empty space on the taskbar. If Lock the taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked. You can unlock it by clicking Lock the taskbar, which removes the check mark.
  

  To move the taskbar

     Click an empty space on the taskbar, and then hold down the mouse button as you drag the taskbar to one of the four edges of the desktop. When the taskbar is where you want it, release the mouse button.
  

  Note

         To lock the taskbar into place, right-click an empty space on the taskbar, and then click Lock the taskbar so that the check mark appears. Locking the taskbar helps prevent it being moved or resized accidentally.

  I accidentally deleted one of my 4 Apple Mail accounts.  Using my backup, I followed the procedures of Apple and successfully imported this box to my backup hard drive letters.

  Using Apple Mail, I managed to import the box mailboxes in Apple Mail from my backup, (the mails I wanted are) but I can't MOVE the mailbox imported to be with my other 3 mail accounts.  This folder contains 2 files, incoming messages and sent messages.

  Try to add the account back and then copy import emails to the mailbox to the appropriate account.
