  I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

  (a) open up the Group Policy Editor

  (b) go to User Configuration > administrative templates > windows components > Attachment Manager

  (c) in the pane on the right double click on do not store the zone information in attachments

  (d) select enabled, and then click ok.

  (e) in the right pane, double-click the file type inclusions list low

  (f) select Enabled and then copy and paste the below extensions exactly in the Options and press ok

  .avi;. beats;. com;. cmd;. exe;. htm;. HTML;. MPG;. MPEG;. MOV;. MP3;. MSI;. M3U;. rar;. Reg;. txt;. vbs;. WAV;. zip;

  (g) release group strategy.

  Remove ExporterAVI.prm C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6\Plug-ins\Common encoder as well as the still and the media, has helped the program load!
