  2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  3. using any e-mail client?

  4. what happens when you download adobe flash player, you get any error message or error code?

  This problem may occur if the program default settings have been changed.

I can't open the box mailbox to retrieve messages.  I know that I have messages because the message icon and the light flashes, but whenever I click on the mailbox to open it, all I see is a blue banner saying I have no message.  With the mailbox is opened, all I see above is SMS. At the top is the indicator of battery, then time, number of messages unopened and the intensity of the signal.  Please help as it is a company phone and I can't be without a properly working phone for an extended period of time.  Thank you, Greg Adams

  Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I think the next thing to test would that interfere with Add-ons. Disables the Firefox Add-on - Add-ons that only list compatibility with Firefox 5, but some add-ons could cause problems.

  To test, the simplest method is to restart Firefox Safe mode.

  First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See your backup information. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).

  Then, try help > restart with disabled modules > continue in Mode safe (do not check the boxes). This article gives more information on the options and features of Safe Mode: Safe Mode.

  What is fix? If so, you may have to disable some add-ons.

  Have you tried to download an attachment after you turn off your antivirus?
  I had a problem in the past where the system was performed at Trend Micro Internet Security and Web content filtering (I think that's what it was called) was preventing attachments from download.
