I can't open the CC photography plan and I have a plan updated! It is said that it is not enabled in any device!

I have a plan of creative photography of cloud since August 2015 (and also an Illustrator). Yesterday I updated my account and monthly fee was charged. everything is normal. It is at this time, I was working normally on lightroom and photoshop and out, photoshop stops and I get a message that I do not have CC photography associated with my account plan. I connect on Adobe's Web site, the payments are up to date, BUT now he says that the Plan of photography CC is not activate in any device. I've tried off journal / log on several times and it didn't work. I even tried to put a different credit card and nothing! I uninstalled photoshop and now it only let me install the trial version. Why is this happenning! I'm trying to understand why, but I can't. Please, anyone? Help!
