  Well Yes, the flash player works for me.  Just make sure that the images are in a format that store recognizes, such as jpg. Many shops (most?) don't recognize the psd format.

  In such a situation, your best bet is to force quit and restart InDesign and let the automatic recovery to reopen the case. Then save AS with a new name and continue, or export to .idml, then open and save under a new name. If the AutoRecover does not save, force quit again, then see replace your preferences for directions to find and rename the InDesign Defaults and InDesign SavedData files (these are files hidden on your mac, so if you don't know how to access your user library, see library user access hidden files |) (Mac OS 10.7 Lion), then try to restart ID again.

  Do you have 'activated' your subscription by logging in with your Adobe ID/email address and password? If this is not the case, click on the license of this software in the window that appears when you start Acrobat and connect with your username / password to Adobe.

  Hi, I am a new user of Indesign cc for a month and I have the following problem;

  Can I save a document a couple of times without crashing, before he did.

  I'm working on an iMac 27-inch (end 2013) system OSX El Capital 10.11.5. With the latest version of Indesign CC.

  I tried the following:

  -Re-installed Indesign CC completely, twice.

  -Cleaned up my fonts (I work with FontExplorer X Pro 4.2.1)

  -Updated my iMac and restarted a couple of times

  -Clean the Indesign preferences files when starting Indesign

  -J' tried several documents, it's okay that the one that I use. And it does not matter it's set up by an older document (CS6, no cloud) with CC.

  Last week a corrupt Indesign file all of a sudden, it was gray pages and wanting no more to export to PDF.

  Thank God I had a good backup system, but I was not happy because it was an unpublished document, set up with Indesign CC, so I don't think none by chance...

  So please, who can help me? I can't really work that way. Every time it crashes, (every 5 minutes) my latest work is gone.

  The report suggests that InDesign crashes trying to save metadata about the document. Most likely, it crashes trying to save the thumbnail of the document. Try disabling the preference to save thumbnail of Edit > preference > file management > "always save an excerpt of Images with Documents."

  If possible can you share this document with us so that we can solve the problem in InDesign. Share please send the link to [email protected].

• OfficeJet Pro 8600: Officejet Pro 8600 won't save scanned document

  I've updated to Mac OS Sierra 10.12 and I can't save a document scanned from my office. It scans the document ok, but the "Save" button is grayed out.

  I can scan and record directly from the parser.

  There is no driver listed on the HP website for 10.12 - the latest driver listed is of 10.1

  Anyone know how to fix?

  I have a MacBook, which is still under El Capitan and it works very well as my Mac did until I updated the operating system. I also note that Sierra is not on the list of OS for this post.

  Update on my problem - I discovered I can save the scanned document using the Print - command, function.

  So I guess this will fix itself when HP to produce a new printer driver for this OS.
