  We went from DSL to FIOS. As a result, I received a new email address, but arranged with Verizon to use my original lequipetv.fr e-mail address.   Well, babacar, you were lucky that Verizon was trying to help out you.  When I called AT & T, they told me that was a problem of software 3rd party, they could not help me, and I should call Microsoft.  Like you, I am on disability and can't afford to pay the costs of assistance.  So, it is certainly a problem of Microsoft.  Maybe on one of the updates it I screwed up.
