I can't stop my Images to be copied to my Web Pages

On some sites I visit, it keeps you right click on the image and save it. A message appears saying that impossible to copy the image.

Anyone of you kind folk knows a way I can stop my images to be saved of my Dreamweaver web pages?

Thank you very much in advance for your help expected!

Hello

In addition to John's Tip: proportionally it is a wonderful philosophical discussion: http://webhome.idirect.com/~bowers/copy/copy1.htm

And by the way, there is the misconception that we can protect our graphics. With little effort, those interested can get to your destination. If you really want to try it, I'll give you here the link to a German site (no problem to adapt the source code) where you can create an alert box:

http://www.6webmaster.com/homepagetools/klicksperre/do.php
Rights Maust generator sperren > (der Albertbox-text me EIB Rechtsklick eines Besuchers) > Gewunschter text as Alertbox:

means something like:
Generator lock right button mouse > (Albertbox the text appears when right-clicking on a visitor) > suggested the alert message text:

Does anyone know a solution to create this same type of form in Adobe Muse built the site? I'd be fine with learn to code, I'm not sure where to start. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

    There is no output from the solution of the box for this in Muse. However, if you host your site on Business Catalyst, then you can get it easily. For more information, please see the following post: Re: can break you BC forms in separate pages for surveys?

    Enter about: preferences in your search bar and check to see what your home page. back to the just in case where. Restart firefox to check if the tab opens.

    Try firefox shift-click to launch. see if this tab always opens. If not, this means that there are a few add-on do this. Enter about: addons and see what addon could do that.

  • can't stop the music when I get out of the page.

    Hi all;

    I continue to post in the wrong place.  I'm sorry.  I did this post in AC2 and responses did not look right.  So, here I am again.

    I'm building a website in flash using my limited understanding of action script.   Everything was very good train until I found that if I go to one of my example of my website pages and read (with audio) flash video and click on back to my "home" button, the audio will continue to play.   If I go back to the example page, the video is turned off and when I run the video, she plays again with the other audio.  I hear the audio twice! I know there is an action script to handle this, but I can't understand it.

    My question is, how can I stop the audio when I clicked away from the sample to the homepage or any other page page?

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    I'm using Flash CS4 and a Mac OS operating system.

    Did I mention that I'm not very good with scrupt action, but I'm so close to finishing this web site.

    assign your component an instance name (if it doesn't already have one), for example flv in the frame that contains this component, add:

    flv.addEventListener (Event.REMOVED_FROM_STAGE, removedF);

    function removedF(e:Event):void {}

    FLV. Stop();

  • How can I control the image that appears when someone shares a page of my site on Facebook?

    I created my site in Muse and it seems awesme.  http://getlumen.com I've added Facebook Like / sharing buttons to pages I want people... Like' =] all this works very well, BUT... the image that is displayed after someone sharing or love the page, is the background image that I used on the Master page design.  No bueno.  Worse yet, sometimes it's the credit card icons that are displayed on the product pages.  Is there a way to 'integrate' a picture in each page that is specific to this page and not an arbitrary iamge of the style Guide, without adding it to the appearance of the page?

    Take a look at this related thread on how to do this.

    Many web pages are those * % # $((^ % # choses.)) There are two things
    You can try. (1) use AdBlock to block the image elements.
    2) go to the web page. After the page loads, mouse to the address bar
    and on the LEFT , click the icon. A window to display information of site should

  • How can I limit the number of attempts to print a web page

    I am trying to find a solution to a problem on our network.
    We run several kiosk machines that allow customers to print documents and web pages. However, we find that we are wasting a lot of ink because of the user frequently sending the same print job on the printer.
    Yesterday we had someone print more than 70 pages, because they just keep clicking on print.
    I tried looking for an add-on that would solve this but was not able to find one.
    My question is this, is there an internal setting that can be changed in firefox to limit the number of prints is trying to say once every 30 seconds, or even a way to make a dialog box turns on screen saying that the print request is currently dealing and does nor print before completing the task at hand.

    Sorry, there no setting in Firefox to avoid that from happening. Once the user sees the "native print dialog" box (which is seen when you Ctrl + P for print), the operating system and the printer drivers are here.

    I saw something similar to that on kiosk / PC rental stores Office of FedEx, which inform the user of the cost per page, the user wants to send to a printer, and when the user click again to the same pages again, he asked if you want to spend another $x.xx to print a second copy. Would not too different to simply cut the printing of multiple copies of the same document and warn the user of this action.

    My advice is to discuss it with anyone who put in place these kiosks to be with.

  • In Firefox using the top menu, for example in Google images, videos, map, etc., of a web page are not activated with the mouse. This does not happen when you use Internet Explorer, because all links are available.

    A notification can up on some type of script, which then disappeared before I could take a note. After that links up on all web pages would not work by using the mouse cursor.
    It was only the links on a webpage, not on the menu bar or tabs above.

    To see if this happened on another browser, I opened the pages using Internet Explorer and open the links on all the pages that are controlled via the mouse. This sugested, it was a problem with Firefox.

    I uninstalled Firefox and installed a new application of the latest edition of Firefox, but the problem persists.

    No known cure for this problem.

    This problem may be caused by the Yahoo! toolbar as scopes as well down and covers the top of the browser window, allowing links in this part of the screen not clickable.

  • How can I get rid of the security warning when viewing Web pages

    I recently received a security window pop-up asking if I want to view only Web pages delivered safely. How can I get rid of this and why I see this all of a sudden

    Hi Elizabeth,.

    I don't know why he suddenly began occurring - maybe it was an update or something you have installed.  It may be a corrupted system file or maybe even malware. It is very difficult to tell without extensive trials.  But let's focus on the most likely solutions.  Later, if you want to go back to the 'why', we can make some procedures to test potential causes (although if the problem is resolved, it can be very difficult to identify the cause because it can be fixed or repaired money) - but I'll be happy to go there with you, if you want to.

    In Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options / Security / Internet / Custom level / then highlight near the bottom in the section, until you get to "Display mixed content".  My guess is that it is defined at the command prompt (which is the window that you see).  You have three choices: you can leave things as they are on command prompt and decide in each case what you want to do (which is how I have mine set up - it really is not so common).  You can click on Enable and IE automatically displays pages with mixed content and no prompt.  You can click on disable and IE will display not these pages (and will probably give you a screen indicating the reason and you must then choose somewhere else to go or perehaps click on the back button to go to the page that brought you to this page to see if there is no indication to choose one type of content and avoid the problem (although I've honestly never seen such an option).)

    For what it's worth, I almost always approve unless I'm on an unknown site where I already feel uncomfortable for a reason-so I can choose to refuse to approve and give up everything I did and move on (but it happens so rarely I honestly don't remember not that last time who had held-) It has been several months at least.

    If this does not work (or it has not been set to prompt), do you know where this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-system-restore-how.html.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re-install any software and updates that you have installed and uninstall any software that you have removed between now and the point of restoration, but you can use Windows Update for updates.

    I hope this helps.  If this isn't the case, after return and, if you can provide me with some links to these sites (I don't remember those where it happened to me) so I can further research and to test the results.

    Thanks and good luck!

  • How to stop a PDF file to open as a web page?

    For some reason, now when I open a PDF file, they always open as a web page.  This is problem with me being able to send the document itself, edit, etc..  How can I change that so it goes back to the opening in the drive to open a web page to display?

    You must change the .pdf file association to open with Adobe Reader, not Firefox.
